Djikanovic, Ivana ; Janotík, Tomáš (advisor) ; Eckertová, Eva (referee)
The main motivation for this work was to show that economy cannot be explained just by economy. Many other sciences are essential for understanding economic processes and models of behavior. This paper presents the proven relations between the philosophy, economics and psychology. The study of different economic concepts requires development of an extensive network of connections between humans on the one side, and their social needs and behavior on the other side. The starting point is the return in the time of Ancient Greeks, with whose theoretical approaches can be explained the majority of person's actions. This paper uses theoretical analyses to assess the impact of the "passions and interests", hedonic happiness and stoic self-interest on the economic policy and individuals. Through the gently presented forms of hedonism, this work deals with different theories such as theory of modern consumerism, marginal utilitarianism, preference theory, theory of rational allocation. The data gathered in the form of publication analysis, little psychological experiments and real life examples serve to test the hypothesis of the direct relationship between hedonistic impacts on economic theory. The two research questions are dealing with mastery of passions and interest in the economic behavior as well as with the...

The first two chapters are focused theoretically and the third is a practical application of the tax burden of Slovak and Czech republic, As an example I used a creation of a tax return in both countries. The main finding of my work is that the tax burden of individuals is much more favourable for taxpayers in the Czech Republic. Not only a different tax rate, but also the impact of other indicators, such as the application of tax allowances, discounts for the taxpayer and tax credits for children play a major role.

Scholle, Jan ; Pavel, Jan (advisor) ; Zídková, Hana (referee)
The thesis focuses on the possibility of implementing imposition fines on individuals who act against public procurement law in the Czech Republic. It is based on current method of sanctioning only legal entities in case the Czech public procurement law is infringed. It also describes the possibility to shift thus imposed fines to individuals, which is considered insufficient. For this reason the thesis argues in favour of change. The thesis seeks for inspiration in both international and European legal documents on public contracts, but the most important contribution is a comparative analysis of the respective laws on public procurement in almost all member states of the European Union. Based on the obtained data, the thesis comes up with four different systems of penalizing individuals in the member states and uses them for proposing three possible models of punishing the individuals in the Czech Republic.
