Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá různými formami společného podnikání fyzických osob z hlediska zdanění. Obsahuje srovnání jednotlivých forem a konkrétní návrh formy společného podnikání, který bude pro fyzické osoby představovat nejvýhodnější řešení z hlediska zdanění. This Bachelor's thesis deals with various forms of joint entrepreneurship of individuals in terms of taxation. It comprises comparison of different forms and specific proposal of the form of joint entrepreneurship which represents the best solution for individuals in terms of taxation.
