Personnel marketing focused on graduates' attraction

This diploma thesis refers to the topic of personnel marketing focused on graduates' attraction. In theoretical part it describes concepts of personnel marketing, its components, tools and parts, then it focuses on personnel marketing in a context of social system of organization and on specifics of graduates. The empirical part is searching for answers why is it important for organizations to attract graduates, which methods of personnel marketing are used to attract them, what is the strategy of personnel marketing in the area of graduates' attraction and if organizations have problems in their strategies of attracting graduates. The aim of this thesis is to specify focus of personnel marketing in the area of graduates' attraction. The empirical part is composed as qualitative research and it brings some interesting conclusion. The strategy of personnel marketing focused on graduates' attraction is to become the most desired employer and to build up good reputation of organization among students and graduates. Personnel marketing - Personnel marketing focused on university students and graduates

The character of activities of human resource management is in today's world wider and wider, to be a good employer is not enough, it is needed to communicate this message through various channels and grip potential employees, current employees and also the public. On the basis of analyzis of available sources, the thesis summarizes and completes current knowledge in the area of personnel marketing and employer branding, and proves the importance of personnel marketing in the discipline of human resource management. The theoretical part at first concentrates on the general area of personnel marketing, later it covers specific activities of personnel marketing focused on the target group of university students and graduates. The practical part of the thesis describes the approach of a specific organization and activities of that organization focused on the target group of university students and graduates. Later the practical part describes a project of building university relations in which I took a part, the results of this project, and evaluation of the impact of the results. In the end the thesis compares the activities of this organization with prevalent praxis and answers a question if the success of personnel marketing is based rather on quantitative or qualitative approach. The comparison of personnel marketing in non-profit and for profit sector

The subject of my Bachelor Thesis is to characterize and analyse personnel marketing as a tool of human resources management and to clarify its contribution for both non-profit and for profit sector and its follow-up comparison between these sectors, based on the assumption of existining differences between personnel marketing in for profit and non-profit sector. The practical use of personnel marketing is demonstrated and analysed by using the example of national representation of international student organization AIESEC, AIESEC Czech Republic, as a non-profit sector representative and undisclosed for profit company from the Financial Services sector, Financial Institution XY, p.l.c., for comparison of different approaches, methods and strategies. The main channels and tools of internal and external personnel marketing are evaluated by using quantitative analysis from available data and qualitative analysis based on own experince or discussion with Personnel Marketing department of the Financial Institution. The existing differences in personnel marketing approaches and media channels are compared and confirmed on the grounds of these findings. Furthermore, the Thesis analyses potential risks and offers possible solutions to improving the current situation, that lies in mutual inspiration and cooperation between for profit and non-profit sector, that would result in higher effectivity of personnel marketing of both of the sectors.
Employer branding in Building Industry

The Master's Thesis is focused on a modern trend in human resource management, employer branding, analysed as a general image of a company as employer, its working conditions and a preference of this company as a stable employer. The main goal is to review the range and relevance of employer branding within Czech building industry based on existing company and comparison with its competition. The first part describes theoretical definitions of employer branding and its instruments. The second part presents the empirical research done in Metrostav a.s., comparison with its competition and a questionnaire between civil engineering students and construction apprentices that was focused on their expectations of future employment in the building industry. In the end of the thesis the research is evaluated and the improvements that would lead to empowerment of employer brand are suggested.
Recruitment process in an international company

The goal of the thesis Recruitment process in an international company is to describe selection and recruitment of employees in EY company, analyze data connected with these personnel activities and make suggestions of possible improvements of these processes based on the survey conducted by the author. The theoretical part deals with personnel management, its evolution and functions. Furthermore, this part also explains some terms connected with recruitment and describes classical as well as modern methods of the personnel functions. In addition, the theoretical part describes issues of personnel marketing and Generation Y with respect to recruitment processes. In the practical part, the company EY is introduced, and this part focuses on the recruitment process of Generation Y and personnel marketing of the company itself. Moreover, the survey with topic Satisfaction with recruitment process was conducted among members of Generation Y who started working at EY during year 2015. On the ground of this survey, three main suggestions of how to improve these processes were made.
Employer brand building through job fairs on the example of Career Days job fair

The goal of this Bachelor's Thesis is to evaluate the benefits of job fairs to improve employer brand of the companies which want to be perceived as the perspective employer. In my work I will try to combine theoretical knowledge from the field of HR marketing and from the field of exhibition and trade fairs. In the practical part I will try to evaluate the benefits of the non-traditional Career Days Fair held annually by the student organization AIESEC, especially its competitiveness in today's environment.

Thesis "Personnel marketing" deals with the use of marketing approach in the management of human resources. The theoretical part is describing the role and growing importance of personnel marketing in the management of human resources. The practical part introduces all of the Big Four companies, including a description of their activities in the personnel marketing. Part of this work is formed by a survey of the attitudes and expectations of participants of the labour market in the form of a questionnaire. The survey results are analyzed from the perspective of students and graduates, as the target group of the Big Four as employers. Based on the analysis of attitudes of students and graduates recommendations for personnel marketing of the Big Four companies are suggested.

Annotation Subject of this thesis is to analyze personnel marketing in a particular company and its relationship to recruitment procedure. Theoretical part of the paper is focused on identification of the term personal marketing, is orientated on more detailed description of personal activities. This part results by preparation of technical literature. The practical part is focused on personnel marketing and recruitment procedure in Ceskoslovanska obchodni banka, a.s. Based on description of particular activities, their analysis and comparison with Komercni banka and Ceska sporitelna, I put a recommendation for improvement and optimization of this process. The intention of the thesis is to propose measures to strengthen the perception of CSOB's brand as a quality employer and will help in obtaining a large number of relevant candidates from the labor market
Personnel marketing in a selected organization

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a system of personnel marketing in a selected organization. The thesis is focused on the analysis of current management system of personnel work and personnel activities in the field of personnel marketing of the Police of the Czech Republic, more concretely of the Directory of the South Bohemian Region, specifically of its Territorial Department in Tábor. The work deals with employees recruitment, their selection, evaluation and remuneration including benefits, their education and development. These personnel activities are firstly theoretically described in the literature review and then analysed in the organization. The aim of the work is to examine and evaluate contemporary system of personnel management and to propose innovation in this area. The innovations could contribute to increase employees satisfaction and motivation, and to improve care of the employees.
