Diplomová práce "Personální marketing" se zabývá problematikou použití marketingového přístupu v řízení lidských zdrojů. Cílem teoretické části je popsat roli a rostoucí význam personálního marketingu v řízení lidských zdrojů. V praktické části jsou představeny všechny společnosti z Velké čtyřky včetně popisu jejich aktivit vzhledem k personálnímu marketingu. Součástí práce je průzkum postojů a očekávání účastníků na pracovním trhu za pomoci dotazníku. Výsledky průzkumu jsou dále analyzovány z pohledu studentů a absolventů vysokých škol, jakožto cílové skupiny pro společnosti Velké čtyřky. Na základě analýzy postojů studentů a absolventů jsou navrhnuta doporučení pro personální marketing společností Velké čtyřky. Thesis "Personnel marketing" deals with the use of marketing approach in the management of human resources. The theoretical part is describing the role and growing importance of personnel marketing in the management of human resources. The practical part introduces all of the Big Four companies, including a description of their activities in the personnel marketing. Part of this work is formed by a survey of the attitudes and expectations of participants of the labour market in the form of a questionnaire. The survey results are analyzed from the perspective of students and graduates, as the target group of the Big Four as employers. Based on the analysis of attitudes of students and graduates recommendations for personnel marketing of the Big Four companies are suggested.
