Foreigners in the labor market in the Vysočina region

This thesis delas with the situation of foreigners in the labor market in the Vysočina region. The main aim is to refute or confirm the hypothesis that the price of labor is the most important reason for the foreigners' employment. In the theoretical part I describe basic terms in accordance with the literature. I monitor the main causes of the arrival of foreigners and I converge migration development in the Czech lands especially after 1989. I also focus on legislative regulation of employment and residence of foreign nationals in the Czech Republic regarding EU/EHP citizens, Swiss nationals and citizens from third countries. I shortly describe the current immigration policy of the Czech republic and the EU and national government position on this issue. The practical part focuses on the selected region. I monitor how many foreigners work and reside in the region and what is their ethnic structure. I discuss the economic activity of foreigners especially their labor costs and the most common professions in which they occur. I also discover the results of my survey. In the last part of the work I outline integration programs which take place in the Vysočina region and which are closely connected with the issue of migration.

Unemployment of Secondary School and University Graduates in Vysočina region

This bachelor thesis treats the unemployment of secondary school and university graduates in Vysočina region. Its aim is to analyse the unemployment in this region as well as in other regions of the Czech Republic. The data for the analytical part come frome time series. The last part contains suggestions of actions and measures that should lead to unemployment rate reduction.

Rural tourism in the region Vysočina

Thesis deals with possibilities of rural tourism in the Highlands region. This part of the Czech Republic is, with its rural character, sufficient number of farmsteads and cottages and cultural and historical potential, very suitable for rural tourism. People go still more and more back to stays in the nature with opportunities for active holiday. Rural tourism is in the Czech Republic in the beginning and although the number of providers of this kind of tourism as well as interest of tourists has been increased during last years, it is not the main source of income yet. The aim of the work is to find out and evaluate the offer and extent of servises concerning rural tourism in the Highlands. As a tool for collecting information was used the questionnaire, which was distributed between providers. On the base of evaluated information, new possibilities of rural tourism development in the region were sketched and ideas to owners of rural tourism buildings were suggested.

The Supported Occuping in The District of Vysočina

My thesis contains theoretical and practical process of problems with supported occupying. It is focussed in The District of Vysočina. It is allocate by its contain to two main parts. In the first (theoretical) chapter is defined the term of supported occupying, its sings, principles and there are described all periods of supported occupiyng. Further my thesis describes arrangements, that afford supported occupying in The District of Vysočina. The second (practical) part proffes to quantitative research, that was realized by enquiry through the questionaire. Respondents were users, that stopped to use the service of supprosted occupying. The research targot the recognition in domain of exploitation the service of supported occupying and its effectiveness. The research was piloted through users in two arrangements, that afford the supproted occupying in The District od Vysočina - The Team of supported occupying in Pelhřimov ani in Havlíčkův Brod.

TIME ACCESSIBILITY OF PUBLIC SERVICE CENTERS IN VYSOČINA REGION

This dissertation is concerned with the analysis of time accessability of public administration service departments in the Vysocina region. The time accessability is being followed based upon the public transporation services including bus and train transportation. The opening chapters are dedicated to objects of the work and to the list of published literature. In the chapter called " methodics of processing" methods of the department selection and two basic transportgeographical definitions - transportation accessability and transportation servicing, are being described. Following chapter is devoted to the position and the importance of the transportation in space and to the evaluation of the current status of transportation in the world and especially then in the Czech Republic. The next chapter handles selected transportgeographical characteristics of the Vysocina region. The last chapter includes the evaluation of the time accessability of chosen departments from particular towns of Vysocina region.

Proposal of sight-seeing tours for tourists of Třebíč

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a proposal of sight-seeing tours for visitors of Třebíč. Firstly the city of Třebíč is characterized generally and then in term of tourism. It also deals with the analysis of tourism. Within this analysis the detailed SWOT analysis summarizing the strengths and weaknesses of the city is drawn up. Furthermore the composition of visitors coming to Třebíč most frequently is examined. On the basis of this details two sight-seeing tours aimed for individual segments of visitors are defined. The first of them is designed for all tourists coming to the city but primarily for organized excursions of local and foreign tourists. The second one is focused on school trips and primary school children who represent an important segment of visitors of the city of Třebíč.

The analysis of tourism in the selected city (Třebíč)

The bachelor thesis deals with the issues of tourism development in the selected city -- Třebíč. The goal of this thesis is to assess the current level of tourism in the city, to analyze its potential for tourism development, the tourism infrastructure, the visit rate and to draw conclusions and propose measures. The first section deals with theoretical definition of basic concepts of tourism related to its operation in the city. The second section provides a brief description of resolved destination. The analysis of tourism in Třebíč is carried out within the third section of this thesis and it analyzes the potential for tourism development, the tourism infrastructure and the supply of tourism products of the city. The findings are summarized in form of a SWOT analysis. The fourth section analyzes the visit rate of attractions, information centers and accommodation facilities in the city. The profile of a visitor of Třebíč was made by using the project of CzechTourism "Monitoring of visitors in tourist regions of the Czech republic". In conclusion, proposals to attract new visitors and raise awareness of Třebíč as an attractive and competitive tourist destination are presented.

Labour market and Unemployment in the region of Vysočina

The topic of this bachelor work "Labour market and Unemployment in the region of Vysočina", contains a detailed analysis of the labour market and unemployment as it applies to the Vysočina region. This region reached an appreciative measure of unemployment which was below the average for the Czech Republic before the start of the current economic crisis. The first part of my work covers the basic theoretical concepts of the labour market. It then explains the aspects of unemployment which are connected with economic, social and psychological impacts. The second part includes a profile of the Vysočina region focusing on the basic characteristics of land as it is oriented toward the labour market and strategy documentation. The empirical part comes from primary research. Respondents completed questionnaires concerning their opinion of the situation of the labour market after the start of the economy crisis.

Achievement Assessment of Retraining in the Region Vysocina

This thesis treats of importance of education for the success on the labour market. It is aimed at retraining financed from resources of the active employment policy and at retraining courses and educational activities within the frame of projects of the European Social Fund in the region Vysocina. In the first part I define the conception of the human capital and I mention economists who dealt with the theory of the human capital. The second chapter is applied to the employment policy in the European Union and the Czech Republic. In more detail I describe the Amsterodam Treaty, the European Employment Strategy, the Lisbon Strategy and the results assessment of these strategies. The employment law regulates the employment policy in the Czech Republic. The National System of Qualifications is placed in this part too. In the third chapter I analyse the educational structure of population of the Czech Republic and the region Vysocina. In the following chapter I attend to resources of the financing of retraining which are the state budget and the European Social Fund. In the last chapter I am engaged in retraining in the region Vysocina and I analyse it in various terms.
