Reconstruction and development the area of hall of justice with respect to limit of crisis situations.
DOSTÁL, Petr
This bachelor's thesis deals with reconstruction and building of court-houses with view to the minimizing of emergencies. The first part is dedicated to the definition of position that justice has in the society. This is important for establishing the importance of protection of court-houses. In the next part I describe the actual security of court-houses. This is divided into building and technical means in the course of the reconstruction. Next I will introduce security documentation which sets the framework for the actual reconstruction. For the survey itself I have chosen three court-houses that are connected by common function, recent reconstruction and the same region. Based on written documents and local survey I have put together the definition of threats and their analysis for court-houses in Písek, Jindřichův Hradec and Prachatice. I compared the degree to which these threats were eliminated by the reconstructions. I particularly focused on comparing the use of building and technical means. Based on received data I tried to create a model court-house which eliminates the threats by building and technical means.

Zikmund, Marian ; Pecinovský, Rudolf (advisor) ; Suchan, Vladimír (referee)
The goal of this thesis is to design and develop a framework for building modern single- page application in the JavaScript programming language and describe this approach to development. The work also contains the documentation for a more comfortable use and customization. The content is divided into eight chapters. The introduction is followed by the retrieval of information resources, including the specifics of the JavaScript programming language and explanation of the formation of single-page application. The description of the basic principles of their functioning, motivation and justification, when and why this approach is appropriate is also included. The work is primarily focused on the issue of single-page application, for which the use of the JavaScript programming language is crucial. For this reason, this work provides a whole chapter about this programming language, also including a description of its history and role in the context of others. Below are the common characteristics of single-page applications frameworks, built on top of the library ReactJS, whose formation is engaged in the following chapter. The developed framework also contains the user guide. The practical outcome of this work is an open source framework for creating serverless single-page applications, which is due to its architecture and documentation appropriately adaptable.

Korupce v křesťanském národě: „Ovlivňuje křesťanská víra úroveň korupce ve společnosti?“
Kraus, František ; Houdek, Petr (advisor) ; Svoboda, Miroslav (referee)
What are the determinants of corruption? This thesis builds upon contemporary approaches to assessing the level of corruption in different countries using purely economic determinants such as the aggregate income, level of education, openness to trade or taxation. This method is further enhanced by involving variables mapping the religiosity of the surveyed states as institutional determinants. Faith works as an agent that reduces selfish behavior and stresses moral values, thus it should prove to reduce corruption. The dataset involves data of 30 countries of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in the years 1999-2010. Two independent OLS models are set up using corruption perception indicators as endogenous variables; one with purely economic determinants, and the other with added religious determinants of corruption. Expansion of the model gives out a more robust set of results with greater determination. The results show that increasing number of Protestants in a society correlates with lower levels of corruption. The effect of the government spending on education has been considerably reduced after involving the religious variables. However, corruption does not seem to be influenced by the percentage of Christians in total population.

Legal tools for the protection of diplomatic representations and missions
Pöslová, Ada ; Beránek, Milan (advisor) ; Balaš, Vladimír (referee)
71 Summary The origins of the diplomatic immunities are to be found already in primitive societies, because each tribe was obliged to negotiate with other communities around him. From the beginning, the envoys enjoyed of personal immunity, without which any communication would not have been possible. This usage have been borrowed and developed by posterior states (especially the Roman Empire and the medieval European states were very active in their international relations) and that is the reason why the rules for the exchange and the treatment of envoys were the earliest to be firmly established as generally acknowledged customary law. At these times, the legal principles of diplomatic immunities, which are essential for the protection of diplomatic missions and their personnel, are to be found in the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, elaborated by the International law Commission in 1961. This Convention represents a progressive codification of all the principal legal rules governing the field of diplomacy. In some cases Vienna Convention even conceived some legal principles which until that time had not been universally recognized. For example article 22, where the inviolability of embassy premises is guaranteed, contains the provision that no pretext of public emergency or abuse by the embassy...
