Aerodynamic design and analysis of "Twin Shark" glider
Krmela, Luděk ; Kouřil, Martin (referee) ; Popela, Robert (advisor)
The thesis contains determination of real aerodynamics characteristics of PW09-135 flap airfoil with help of calibration method via CFD, followed by accomplishment of CFD analysis of parts and the whole Twin Shark glider. Detailed research and optimization was made to flow field quality of fuselage and wing fuselage junction. On the basis of CFD solution was determine a stability control, static margin and angle of attack of a horizontal stabilizer. The thesis concludes an evaluation of results applicability in praxis.

Optimizing the Manufacturing Process in a Company
Vrána, Jakub ; Novák, Viktor (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This thesis deals with the management of the production process, focusing on unproductive activities. It comprises analysis of the current situation in the company Teva Czech Industries s.r.o. (the TCI) and suggestions for improvement measures. The first chapter presents theoretical basis for processing work. PMT methods, namely MTM and MOST, lean production with a focus on 5S, TPM and Kaizen are described. The second chapter is focused on the company TCI, core business, organization structure and analyzes the current status. It’s focused primarily on the process of critical non-manufacturing operations and the changeover cleaning process. The third chapter, following the analytical part consists of the proposed recommendations. The fourth chapter deals with the final evaluation.

Development of capillary electrophoretic method for determination of phosphorylated components of bacterial cell membranes
Červinková, Jana ; Čabala, Radomír (advisor) ; Coufal, Pavel (referee)
Title: Development of capillary electrophoretic method for determination of phosphorylated components of bacterial cell membranes Author: Jana Červinková Department: Department of analytical chemistry Supervisor: RNDr. Radomír Čabala, Dr. Abstract: The bachelor work reviews the present state of knowledge of the analyses and determination of phosphorylated compounds present in the bacterial cell membranes. This group of compounds is represented mainly by phosphatidylglycerol, cardiolipine, and phosphatidylethanolamine and minority phosphatidylserine, phosphatidic acid and lysylphospatidylglycerol. Together with fatty acids these substances are the main components of cell membranes and they could be, to a certain degree, applied to either identification of bacteria or the study of bacterial behaviour at different conditions. Partially or fully non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis analytical method with spectrophotometric detection would be developed for their determination. Optimum experimental conditions for the separation of standards of selected compounds should be found within the framework of the bachelor thesis. Keywords: phosphorylated compounds, bacterial cytoplasmic membrane, capillary electrophoresis, thin layer chromatography, Bacillus subtilis.

Voltage References in Bipolar and CMOS Process
Kotrč, Václav ; Prokop, Roman (referee) ; Kadaňka, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with precise design of Brokaw BandGap voltage reference comparing with MOS references. There is STEP BY STEP separation and analysis of proposed devices, using Monte Carlo analysis. There are also presented the methods for achieving a lower deviation of the output voltage for yielding device, which needs no trimming.

Taxation of Individual Earning
Zajíčková, Anna ; Konečná, Ludmila (referee) ; Svirák, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis proposes a suitable method of acquisition and form of financing of long term tangible assets, from the perspective of optimizing the tax liability for the payment of natural person income tax. It contains a comparison of tax deductible expenses according to methods of acquisition of property. It shows Hints and Tips to reduce the tax liability on individual cases. Bachelor‘s thesis also respects the requirements of the natural person, whose optimal taxation is the subject of this thesis.

Antioxidant Activity of Wheat with Colored Grain
Míková, Marie ; Orsák, Matyáš (advisor) ; Varvažovská, Pavla (referee)
The Bachelor's Thesis covers the literary review about wheat in the context of antioxidation activity of its coloured varieties. The theoretical part deals with wheat and its properties, its origin, taxonomy, morphological structure and chemical composition.Furthermore, it studies the methods of getting antioxidation activity data - ABTS, DPPH and ORAC. The aim of the practical part is to compare the antioxidation activity of the chosen wheat samples either with the purple-coloured or blue-coloured grain, with the ordinary redcoloured wheat grain. The outcomes contributed to verification of the antioxidant-active substances in case of the wheat types with the typically red-coloured grain.

Real-time simulation of physics on mobile devices
Mocný, Ondřej ; Dvořák, Tomáš (referee) ; Sýkora, Ondřej (advisor)
In the presented work I discuss possible options of implementing a physical simulation that can be run on today's mobile phones. I describe several approaches from which I choose one and discuss it in more depth. Next, I talk about general methods of optimizing programs targeted to mobile phones and how they apply to the implemented physical simulation. Finally, I show a very simple game which demonstrates the power of the simulator and it's usability in praxis.

QFN Packages Soldering and Technology Procedures
Jakub, Miroslav ; Brno, Petr Martinec, HONEYWELL (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
This master´s thesis deals with QFN packages soldering and technology procedures optimization. The aim of theoretical part is description of QFN packages, their assembly and reflow soldering on PCB in HONEYWELL. The aim of the practical part is to propose a method of measuring temperature and optimizing the thermal profiles of selected PCB with QFN packages by using convection (HONEYWELL) and infrared (BUT) reflow ovens. Comparison and evaluation of thermal profiles for 3 production PCBś with QFN packages using solder paste AIM NC257-2 were realised. The main part of master´s thesis are appearance evaluation of solder joints, preparing microsection and measuring intermetallic layers thickness by using the optical and the scanning electron microscopes, analysation and study of QFN defects created during soldering proces. These tests were performed with 2 production PCB´s. Optimization of SPI and soldering technology procedures where were analyzed QFN packages were processed on one type of PCB. Interesting part of this diplomma thesis is creating of the 3D heat transfer model of QFN package during the reflow soldering in SolidWorks.

Analysis of the TON a.s. product range
Koutská, Jitka ; Vávra, Oldřich (advisor) ; Stříteský, Václav (referee)
The aim of the thesis is to analyse the product range manufactured by the company TON, which is a traditional Czech producer of bent wood furniture and especially chairs. The company TON has managed to maintain its position in the market for long 150 years, mainly thanks to the sensitive perception of changes in customer needs and adapting its product portfolio meeting them. In the theoretical part of the thesis are defined the basic concept of the marketing mix, product mix and described the methods and analysis as SLEPT analysis, Porter analysis, Portfolio analysis and Pareto analysis, which are then used in the practical part of the thesis. Based on the analysis there are formulated the conclusions which give recommendations on optimizing the product range and on effective use of certain elements of marketing mix for placing the product portfolio on target markets.
