Zídková, Kristýna ; Neumann, Cyril (advisor) ; Hana, Hana (referee)
The horse was given to the people with the help of a long and complex process called domestication. He played in our history a very important role. Thanks to him, the human population is widespread almost all over the world. First, the horse was a source of food and later began to use the horse's ability to carry heavy loads or carry riders across the landscape. These animals were participants of all world wars, even the largest ones. Thanks riding became effective military. Evidence of this process can be found in caves, on ceramic products, paintings, but also in books. Today horses as working animals largely replaced the machine, but also horses remain in the care of a man for his leisure. This work deals with the domestication of the horse from its inception, practically up to the present.

Thesis theme is very topical and interesting, because among other things, examines the impact of the financial and economic crisis on the real estate market and changes in the interests of foreign investors in the Russian investment projects in real estate and interests of Russian companies abroad. Currently, the real estate market in the Russian Federation is developing very dynamically, it can be said that over the years of crisis and financial instability signed on aggregate supply and demand for real estate in Russia very little. However, at the moment it is merely a statement - proof of this statement is to provide this thesis. The thesis analyzes not only the interest of foreign investors in the real estate market of Russia, but also the interest of Russian investors in the Czech real estate market. Already in the nineties of the twentieth century has seen a significant interest of Russian citizens on housing and commercial real estate in the Czech Republic. It is interesting to explore whether this interest persists to this day and the extent to which the Czech real estate owned by Russian citizens or legal entities whose members are Russian citizens. Another objective of this thesis is to evaluate the real estate market in Russia, with a focus on international development company. This objective will be gradually implemented through the analysis of the current real estate market and evaluate the activities of foreign investors of their share of development projects. The operational objective of the thesis is to evaluate the interests of the citizens of the Russian Federation on real estate in foreign countries (for example, the Czech Republic). The OSCE Kosovo Verifikation Mission 1998-1999
Randáček, Vladimír ; Rovná, Lenka (advisor) ; NÁHRADNÍ, OPONENT (referee)
The OSCE Kosovo Verification mission (KVM) was established in October 1998, in order to verify the compliance with the UN Security Council Resolutions relevant to the Kosovo conflict. The breakdown of the peace process in March 1999, lead to the withdrawal of the mission and painted it as a failure. It is surprising, how many authors speak about a failure of the KVM, while giving no reasonable argumentation. This study will try to show, that this negative assessment is largely a product of misinterpretation of the KVM's mandate and misunderstanding of the very purpose of verification (observation) missions. It was not the task of the KVM to prevent the ceasefire violations, neither to provide a peaceful solution to the conflict. It was to verify (observe) the compliance with the UN Security Council Resolutions. Verification (observation) missions do not seek any concrete achievements (mission goals; as e.g. peacekeeping or peace enforcement missions), their "goal" is their performance. They are to report the compliance with the agreements, but however, the development of the situation is not supposed to be in their hands. Therefore, it is inappropriate to speak about successes of failures these missions, but rather about effectiveness of their performance. Escalation of violence was a primary strategic goal...

Evidence in civil proceedings
Klimtová, Alena ; Smolík, Petr (advisor) ; Zoulík, František (referee)
Résumé I chose the topic of evidence in civil legal proceedings as I regard the matter not only as very interesting, but also as very significant from the viewpoint of further specialist work. The production of evidence in civil procedural law includes not only activities by the parties when exercising their subjective rights, but also activities by a court, whose task is to ensure just protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the parties. As evidence in civil legal proceedings is a markedly wide-ranging issue, in this work I have limited myself to an explanation of the basic institutions of evidence in civil legal proceedings and have paid more attention to current questions concerning selected means of evidence, the question of imposing the duty to pay an advance on the costs of evidence in the form of an expert report and the question of the production of evidence through questioning of a minor. In chapter one I attempted an analysis of the term evidence and a specification of the subject of evidence from the viewpoint of its positive and negative definition, i.e., in brief what is and what is not the subject of evidence. I also briefly mentioned the issue of community law in connection with the Czech Republic's membership of the European Union. In this chapter it was also necessary to...
