Myself Picture's Design in the Virtual Reality

Diploma work Self-portrait's construction within virtual reality works on theoretical base on the topic of man's digital photography displaced at the profile's web sites of internet social networks. The text evolves ontological concepts of the virtual reality and the rhizomatic antistructure in order to point out to the contemporary problem of the "new" media thinking transformation as well as the changing of visual perception of the digital portrait photography coming with new media. The unsolved situation of this transformation leads to the process of web site man's digital photograhies politisation, which the recipient ascribes the role of politician agent to. The work explains the process of photography politisation as a specific kind of co-acting of two types of visuality, that bring a new discussion and a new menace connected with digital photography online exposing to the society. The text's support in psychoanalysis and social constructivist way of thinking allows present the explorational theme as the interdisciplinary problem with the roots much further than there, where is discussed the question of safe online data sharing.

Pantomime and dance in the interwar period

This thesis deals with the status of pantomime and dance in the period between the wars. It examines the connection between the two genres. First it explains the basic concepts such as: pantomime, expressive dance and the interwar period. After that it is exploring the status of these art genres in Czechoslovakia. Furthermore it outlines several important personalities of the dance art which influenced the pantomime and the mimic theater with their actions. At the end, the work focuses on the importance of the dance for the mimic theater artists and it also examines the impact of an avant-garde art on the contemporary artistic creation.

Tenancy spouses and use of the flat spouses in a new arrangement after January 1, 2014

The thesis is devoted to the topic of tenancy by the spouses, and its use as is specified in the new adaptation of the Civil Code no. 89/2012 Coll. It replaced until functioning Civil Code from the year 1964. The new legislation is specified series of new institutes, whose primary aim is to protect the weaker party, in the case of tenant. The diploma thesis was divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, was attention paid to basic concepts which have been defined. There were characterized rights of tenant and landlord, analyzed housing legislation according to the new Civil Code. The practical part was devoted to the interpretation of survey results. There were approached tenants of several apartment buildings in Kralupy nad Vltavou. Based on the findings, were designed some recommendations to raise awareness about the rights and responsibilities of tenants, as well as about the whole issue of housing legally.

Position of transnational corporations in Southeast Asia

This bachelor thesis analyses activities of transnational corporations in Southeast Asia conducted by the foreign direct investment. The goal is to explore the mutual relations between these two entities and to understand, what the region means for transnational corporations and, simultaneously, how corporations influence the socio-economic live of the region. The course of analysis does not contain only modern aspects of the development of foreign direct investment, but also the key historical issues. The thesis consists of three parts. The first provides the main macroeconomic profile of Southeast Asia. In the second part we go through the historical concept together with today's opportunities and challenges presented in the region. Finally the third chapter focuses on the current state of the foreign direct investment, its dynamic, main actors, trends and impacts, both positive and negative. The subject is quite important nowadays due to the contemporary process of globalization, in which transnational corporations are the driving force and the states of Southeast Asia are one of the main providers of different kinds of facilities for the corporate activities.

Vote and Voting Behaviour of Citizen of the Town Lanškroun

This graduation thesis Vote and Voting Behaviour of Citizen of the Town Lanškroun deals with vote and voting behaviour of inhabitants, who have permanent residence in the town Lanškroun. In thesis the returns of particular elections to municipal government of the town are characterized from years 2002, 2006, 2010 and 2014. Subsequently the thesis is focused on the voting behaviour of the population. Informations about voting behaviour of citizen were obtained from performed questionnaire research. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part of graduation thesis is theoretical, which defines the basic concepts related to the topic of elections. It focuses mainly on concepts such as local democracy, local politics, vote and voting behaviour. The practical part focuses on the characteristics of the town Lanškroun, analyzes individual municipal vote and on the basis of results of the questionnaire results explains the voting behaviour of the population of Lanškroun.

Political and social aspects of local government - public participation in the municipality affairs

The thesis deals with contemporary theories of the citizens involvement in municipal life and civic society. It works with Nekol s concept which is a typology of forms of participation. The aim of the thesis is to test the usefulness of this concept on two selected municipalities in the Czech Republic Týnec nad Labem and Krakovany. The thesis focuses mainly of the description of participation forms and it examines the factors which influence the differences in people s participation. It shows that Nekol s concept is a useful tool in the effort to understand these differences in the two selected municipalities. The decisive distinguishing aspect is the stability of political environment. In Krakovany, the political environment is settled and is connected with the mayor, who is an important initiator of development in the town.

Social network analysis using flow of e-mail communication within organization

Thesis is intended as a methodological experiment which follows up to contemporary extractions of social networks using flow of email communication. It tries to combine previous technical approaches and further develop them. As essential discipline is identified social network analysis (SNA) and its historical development is briefly described. SNA is not understood as an independent science and its incompatibility to other scientific disciplines (sociology, sociometry) is pointed out. The introduction of SNA is completed by description of data file organization, which quite differs from conventional organization of sociological data file, as well as description of basic computing methods. The thesis focuses on SNA in organizations where it serves to map informal structure and its comparison to formal structure. Concept of informal structure introduces the term of community of practise, which is considered as an ideal condition for innovation. Individual aspects allowing or obstructing the development of community of practise can be defined through models of communication networks. Volunteers, the international brigades and the Spanish Civil War, 1936-1939

This thesis deals with the Czechoslovak volunteers of the International Brigades during the Spanish civil war 1936-1939. The maj or aim of the paper is to work up this topic wi thout the ideological obj ecti ves, which were until recently qui te common in the Czech (or Czechoslovak) writing about the volunteers. It is specially focused on those aspects, which were in the communist historiography the most distorted ones (e.g. the attitude of Soviet Union and the international communism to the Spanish war, the role of KSČ etc.). Therefore it is based primarily on the foreign scientific literature and the archive research. The first two chapters briefly discuss the history of the Spanish civil war and its international context as a necesarry background for the following analysis of the International Brigades. The former is concentrated on the inner (IISpanish") roots of the conflict and its development, more closely on the relations between the leading forces within the loyalist zone and on the dual role of Spanish communists. The latter then treats the international aspects of the civil war, which were of the main importance for its conclusion. Securitization of the threat of civil aviation abuse

International security became highly discussed subject in the early stage of globalization. It has stayed a current issue ever since. With about 2.5 billion people per year choosing air traffic, the security in aviation has become equally discussed. The aim of this paper is to examine the securitization process, its objects and the way of institutionalization presented by security regulations that came after London Heathrow events, where we saw, what kind of threat could civil aviation represent. Firstly, the Copenhagen school's theoretical concept of securitization is being defined, than it will be used as a framework for the UK bomb plot of 2006.

Daňková, M., Founding and management of foundation, Mendel university in Brno, 2014. The bachelor thesis deals with the founding of a foundation according to the new Civil Code, which is valid from 1 January 2014. In theoretical part this is defined the non-profit sector and the inclusion of Foundation between legal persons. In addition, concepts and the issue of the functioning and management of foundation are clarified. Subsequently, the comparison of the changes resulting from the new legislation is made. The practical part will include specific examples of foundations. The aim of practical part is the establishment of a foundation according to the new legislation.
