It gives a summary of course of dealing, the times which have to keep, which court decides on the case for readers. It will contain a proposal for the execution of adjudication by payroll deductions.

Investment and employment in the European Union

The Diploma Thesis is divided into the theoretical basis and the practical part that is further divided into descriptive part and analytical part. The theoretical part is proceeding from book publications and websites. The aim of this Diploma Thesis is to determine how foreign direct investments affect labour market in selected countries of the European Union, further to compare and evaluate this influence in these states, and develop recommendations for the Czech Republic how to improve the situation on the labour market through foreign direct investments and other researched variables. These issues were solved in the analytical part of the own work, where were created two single-equation econometric models and on the basis of them was investigated whether foreign direct investment and the average gross monthly wage have an influence on the number of employed in the Czech Republic and Austria. The partial aim of the thesis is to analyze the development of foreign direct investment in the Czech Republic from many different perspectives and also to analyze the development of selected indicators of the labour market. Another aim is to evaluate current condition of the Czech Republic in selected spheres of foreign direct investments and the labour market. These issues were solved in the descriptive part of the practical part. A simple summary of the results of this thesis is that foreign direct investment should not be required with the aim of increase employment.

Bankruptcy of an entrepreneur and methods of its solution

In this Bachelor Thesis I firstly defined the applicable legislation on the subject
of bankruptcy of an entrepreneur and methods of its solution.
In the chapter Analysis of the examined issue, introduced theoretically possible methods of solution of a bankruptcy, therefore Discharge of debts, Bankruptcy
and Reorganization. Despite the fact that other methods of solution of bankruptcy
exist, I respect the limited scope of this Bachelor Thesis and devoted it primarily to the analysis of methods of solution of bankruptcy in insolvency proceeding.
Further I introduced genuine cases of methods of a solution of a bankruptcy acquired from study of court cases of bankruptcy and its effectiveness. Further I dealt with the statistics of the occurrence of the bankruptcy in the above mentioned period
I determined that the number of the declared bankruptcies increased each year
of the examined period.
In the last part of the chapter Analysis of the examined issue I followed
up the most common causes of a bankruptcy and appropriate means of its prevention based on the results of a questionnaire survey.
In the chapter Summary of the result of the research I evaluated the applicable legislation of the subject of bankruptcy as insufficient because of the low rate
of satisfaction of creditors in the insolvency proceeding. In this chapter I also proposed means for increasing the rate of satisfaction of creditors in the insolvency proceeding.
After that I summarized the results of the research of the main causes
of the bankruptcy, methods of its solution and development of the occurrence
of the bankruptcy. In the conclusion of the mentioned chapter and the whole thesis
I introduced the appropriate means of prevention of a bankruptcy.

Measurement of L-carnitine effect by ergospirometrie

Measurement of effect of L-carnitine by ergospirometry Summary The intention is to determine the effect of L-carnitine on fatty acid metabolism. Values like volume of utilized oxygen, performance and respiratory quotient were chosen for evaluation. The study is a randomized and placebo-controlled. The testing was performed on a treadmill with gas sensing device Cortex Metalyzer 3B and sporttester Polar RS 400. The measurement was adjusted compared to the pre-set test program. The reason was detecting a change in fatty acid metabolism, which takes place under aerobic conditions and starts later. Participants were recreational and performance athletes. Paired t-test and percentage change were used for evaluation. There was no change in the volume of utilized oxygen, performance and respiratory quotient. This study does not match with the majority of similar trials, which indicate the reduction of the respiratory quotient, reduced lactate levels, markers of increased oxidation of fatty acids and the other markers of aerobic metabolism.

Influence of application of activators of vital soil functions on selected soil characteristics at ZS Sloveč, a.s.

This thesis covers issues of soil physical properties changes after the application of farmyard manure, industrial fertilizers or substances which aim for improvement of vital soil properties. The first part of the thesis is focused on soil issues and besides other things it covers types of soil degradation or physical soil properties. In the next part of the thesis there is a focus on substances which improve physical soil properties. Biochar and other representative products of company PRP Technologies are described in this part. The practical part of this thesis describes selected properties changes which have arisen after a year of field trials in company Zemědělská společnost Sloveč, for example changes in traction or penetration resistance. The last part includes the summary of results, conclusion and the recommendation of author.

Influence of variety on the yield and its structure of early irrigated potatoes

Summary
The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the influence of genotype variety, harvest date of potatoes tubers collection and location for the yield of irrigated early potatoes, it´s structure
in two terms harvests following fourteen consecutive days. The problem was studied in two localities in early potato growing areas in the framework of ÚKZÚZ field trials.
ÚKZÚZ results were obtained after harvest trials. In 2015 I personally participated in the harvest, and in the next months, I evaluated the results separetaly. Experiment in 2007 was conducted
in Přerov nad Labem and was focused on the influence of genotype varieties and date the collection on the structure and yield of irrigated early potatoes. Trials in 2015 was conducted
in a research station in Přerov nad Labem and in Lednice in Moravia and was focused on the influence of genotype varieties for yield, location and date of harvest in irrigated early potatoes.
Based on the results was found demonstrable influence of genotype varieties for yield, in which Suzan variety achieved the highest yield (28,82 t/ha), on average both two locations and two the collection dates. For all tested varieties was proved that the location has significant influence on the yield. In Přerov nad Labem was achieved on average all varieties of 18,5 t/ha (109 %) higher yield rate than in Lednice in Moravia. During the examining the influence of harvest date on the yield was found ambiguous the yield growth in the second collection term. The average of all varieties increased yields in theese fourteen days in Lednice of 10,8 t/ha (93,9 %), ie. An average of 0,77 t/ha per day in Přerov nad Labem about 16,6 t/ha (61,3 %), it´s an average of 1,2 t/ha per day. The influence of genotype variety and harvest term on the average weight of potato tubers in one clump, the average number of tubers in one clump and average weight per tuber was proved in all cases. The highest weight of tubers under a single clump reached Monika variety in both collection terms. Variety Magda achieved in both terms of the collection the highest number of tubers. The highest weight of single tuber were measured in the first term oh the collection in the variety Monika and in the second term the collection in the variety Bellarosa.
In my opinion, genotype of the variety, location and the harvest term have a significant influence on yield and its structure. For the growers it is very important to choose suitable early potato varieties, but also must provide the best possible growing conditions, for the full manifestation of the variety potential.

Progressive conception of off-road vehicles with respect to traction properties

The aim of bachelor thesis was compile a summary of meaningful traction and construction chassis parameters containing fundamental principles of contemporary
off-road trial race cars. The introduction part showed a short presentation of off-road car trial races. The aim of the work, it was necessary establishing basic parameters of off-road trial race cars as a basis for the design of best race trial cars. Firstly, the parameters were used as stoned to a best off-road trial car design. These parameters have been arranged into two chapters Static, design parameters and Dynamic, traction properties. Then subparameters of off-road trial car have been determined as a specific example in the thesis. The analysis of these outputs confirmed close relationship and dependence fully. Finally, methods have been specified using a fundamental terramechanics approaches implemented in calculation of required driving torque under specific terrain conditions.

Investing in real estate in execution

This thesis focuses on investments in real estate property in execution. Purchase
of real estate property in execution is now increasingly used as a method of acquisition, as compared to buying real property through a real estate agents it holds several advantages. Nonetheless the risks associated with this form of investments should also be considered.
This work contains the legal characterization of the real estate property, investment characteristics and the characteristics of enforcement proceedings relating to real estate property. The basic goal is to compare the purchase of real estate property through auction and purchase of real estate property through a realtor, as well as evaluating the advantages
of individual modes of acquisition of real estate property. Part of the description
of the individual modes of acquisition is a summary of the benefits and risks of both methods and identification of fundamental differences and commonalities. The main result of the work is to determine the financial benefits of the acquisition of real estate property
at auction, based on the comparative analysis of prices of specific real estate property in the area.

Strategic options of distressed companies in the Czech legal environment

The thesis provides a detailed overview of crisis resolution options available to distressed companies in the Czech legal environment. The work starts by describing the most common causes of corporate distress in attempt to understand the process of decline and define the key steps to prevent crisis in the early stage. We then proceed to discuss the methods of resolution that can be applied in the early pre-bankruptcy stages of distress, including downsizing and divestitures, out-of-court settlement with creditors, mergers with or acquisition by strategic or financial investors, or voluntary liquidations. Further on, the work provides a comprehensive summary of the Insolvency Act, the Czech legislation governing bankruptcy proceedings, concentrating on the option that could preserve business operations of troubled companies -- reorganisation. In the practical part of the thesis, the author evaluates the reorganisation plan of ČKD Kutná Hora, a.s., focusing on the company-specific issues and assessing the viability of the plan according to a number of success and risk factors, as well as the objectives stipulated by the Insolvency Act.

Právne aspekty v systéme správy, zakladania a starostlivosti o vegetačné prvky

This thesis deals with the legal aspects of protection of vegetation elements in the Slovak juridical system. Model area for the working out of real-world performance vegetation management and cutting down trees issues in the city was chosen county seat of Nitra. It is a city with a population of approximately 80000th. The first part describes the general protection of vegetation elements and their position in the Slovak regularization. Attention was paid to the autonomy and state administration in the municipality. Next, they were drawn schematic view of the real functioning of first instance organ of nature in the case of applications for tree felling in Nitra. The real functioning of the administrative proceedings on felling of trees owned by the municipality was faced with a functioning under Act. 543/2002 Coll. on nature and landscape protection, as amended, and applicable regulations implementing this law. The work also included the functioning of the approval process of concepts for vegetation maintenance in the city of Nitra and a summary table of powers of government under applicable law.
