Nedávné pokroky v molekulárních simulacích termodynamického chování tekutých soustav.

An overview of the recent developments in molecular computer simulation techniques used to calculate phase equilibria and thermodynamic properties of fluid systems is given. Particular attention is paid to the methodologies as follows: (i) reaction Gibbs ensemble Monte Carlo (RGEMC), which allows accurate phase equilibrium predictions for mixtures by employing experimental pure-component vapour pressure data in the computational procedure (ii) direct Monte Carlo simulation of Joule-Thomson processes, (iii) Monte Carlo simulations at fixed entropy, and (iv) an implemented parallelized sampling version of the Gibbs ensemble Monte Carlo (GEMC), which by-passes the physical transfer of complex molecules between boxes representing different phases by computing the chemical potential in an NVT ensemble (and is applicable also to flexible molecules). This Bachelor thesis deals with IT support for facility management. The aim is to identify the state of the market for IT support in the area of business that is focused on providing property management services. At the beginning is defined environment and the process model of facility management. The following describes the key processes using the methodology MMABP and adds information needs. In the last part is done a market research in this area. The results can help both novice and medium-sized businesses in property management or housing associations or individual condominium in selecting suitable IT support for the proper functioning .

Family housing decision-making

This thesis is concerned with choosing the best and most real estate mortgage loans for family with children. The family should be chosen property near his residence momentary, then it should be recommended for this property the best mortgage loan. Selecting the property was affected by the demands of all family members and subsequent mortgage loans was selected from the products offered on the Czech market in November 2016. The thesis can be thematically divided into three main parts. The first part includes a literature search, which is divided into two areas. First described methods of multi-criteria decision making, which will be used in the decision making process. Along with these methods includes a literature review and theoretical part of the program area Super Decisions, which will be used in the practical part. Furthermore, theoretically they recognized concepts related to mortgage loans, according to which are then laid down criteria for assessing mortgage loans. The second part contains already a practical perspective on family issues, which therefore includes the selection of the best and most real estate mortgage loan program with the help of Super Decisions. The third part includes a summary of the work and the interpretation of results obtained through the program Super Decisions.

Models of the power set water turbine control

This thesis deals with modelling and simulation of the power set of pumped storage hydro plant. This power set control opening/closing the stator blades of Francis reverse turbine in Dalesice. It is a positional servomechanism where input signal is desired value of turbine opening. The goal of this work is to create computer modell of this power set in Matlab-Simulink. This modell must be comparable with properties of real power set and after modification usefull to other water power plants. Characteristics of computer modell can be verify with real measuring.

Decision-Making and Process of Housing Financing in the Czech Republic

The aim of this bachelor thesis is describe and analysis decision-making process and housing finance in the Czech Republic. Especially considering the fact of choosing between their own housing, which is often sourced in debt, or rental housing. This option picked up in popularity, especially after 2008, when gradually to reduce the costs associated with debt financing of real estate. The thesis contains terms related to the real estate market, defines housing types and desition making. Then follows the analysis of primary and secundary data and create models.

Provision of alternative refuse collection for a real estate surrounded by foreign property

The thesis deals with possible ways of drainage and wastewater disposal. The issue of wastewater discharge to the environment has been closely monitored in recent years, and there is an apparent effort to improve the current situation.The dissertation discusses and compares three selected options – access to improved sanitation, building reservoirs and domestic wastewater treatment plant.The final section is dedicated to a comparison of acquisition and operating costs over time and to subsequent evaluation of the most suitable option. For the sake of clarity and assessment of potential solutions, the locality in the administrative area Vysoké Mýto - Domoradice has been selected as a model. The local authorities have been designing a public storm sewer, and given that it is surrounded by land, this issue will need to be addressed.

Analysis of the Financial Management of Municipalities, Example Concretization of Municipality

This Bachelor thesis mainly deals with the analysis of the analysis of the economic result of the municipality Ledec nad Sazavou during 2008 -- 2010 years and tries to find new ways / possibilities for its improvement. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. First part (theoretical) is focused on the classification of basic concepts. Topics are related to the concerned municipality, its municipal authorities, scope of activities, the municipal budget and its structure and finally municipality properties. Following the theoretical part of this Bachelor thesis the practical part shows a real analysis of costs management of the municipality Ledec nad Sazavou. It analyses both assets with liabilities, and income with expenditures. The main statements for working out this work which were used are the following: the real profit and loss statements together with closing reports of the years 2008 -- 2010. The conclusion of this thesis thoroughly evaluates the costs management /economic activity of the municipality Ledec nad Sazavou together with suggestions for its improving and prognosis for the coming years.

This bachelor's thesis also mentions advantages and disadvantages of this auctions and machinations occurring during the public auctions.
