Business Plan of Establishment of Family Company

My project focuses on composition of business plan for the company of a family type. In the project are given the knowledge from the field of economy, economics, marketing and management, this information is primarily used to explore the key factors that must be taken into starting with the undertaking and not forget to them. After the representation the company is devoted the environmental analysis. Environmental analysis contributes to partial conclusions, which I summarize into one comprehensive result, in which is evaluate, if the eventual business plan had good starting conditions for starting a business. In the last chapter I calculate the financial resources that will be needed for the beginning organization.

The subject of this thesis is to assemble a business plan of the firm which is producing pellets and create economic evaluation with using a method of financial analysis. The thesis has two parts. In theoretical part is the theory which is necessary for creating a business plan. The practical part is about specific business plan and viability of the firm under the given conditions.

Founding financial project of Café

The goal of this thesis is to construct founding financial project of the company Kino Káva Ltd. The theoretical part presents the basic concepts related to business, strategic and marketing analysis, principles of financial management, pricing, asset and capital structure, tax issues, founding budget and financial indicators which evaluate health of the company. In the practical part is the company presented, followed by an analysis of micro-environment and macro-environment, and then focus on marketing mix. It continues making the founding budget in three variants - realistic, optimistic and pessimistic, always for the first three years of business. The final part evaluates each variant with the use of accounting statements and financial indicators.

The aim of this thesis is write out marketing and financial materials, which can be used in on-going project of construction of a home for German speaking elderly close to Jindřichův Hradec. This aim will be achieved by research of quality literary sources, by external analysis, competition analysis and processing of legislative restriction. The thesis will be focused on marketing analysis and compilation of founding budget. Using a marketing analysis will be suggested a few marketing tools to reach German speaking clients. Compilation of founding budget can help to find out a bulk of needed financial funds to beginning business. In the end of thesis will be assessment of business plan.

Source Materials for Establishing a Businesses - Cafe

The main purpose of this thesis is to decide, if it's efficient to open cafe at Prague 11. The cafe Minima s. r. o., should be quiet and comfortable place for sitting down and enjoying fine products. The first part summarizes theory needed. At the second part will be stated what's the cafe orientation -- vision and mission - based on the public opinion polls. Next comes the exploration of surroundings with help of Porter and PEST analyses. At the end will be numeric formulation and calculation of possible profit and return of investment. The outcome of thesis is decision about opening or not opening the cafe.

The aim of this Master's Thesis is to construct founding financial project of the hairdressing salon, which informs about the feasibility of the business project and its whole effect of the invested capital. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts associated with the establishment of the company and its activities, describes the basic procedures for founding a company and creating a founding financial project and the description of its parts. The practical part contains a basic description of the business plan, environment analysis in which the firm operates. It continues making the founding budget and the variant financial plan for the following years. The last part evaluates the business plan with the key financial indicators.

The business plan of a small company with respect to trends developing in the services sector of the automotive industry

The name of the topic of my bachelor´s thesis is The business plan of a small company with respect to trends developing in the services sector of the automotive industry. The main tasks of the bachelor´s thesis is to analyse the conditions for establishing a small company providing automotive industry services in the district of České Budějovice and to prepare a business plan. A research method using questionnaires was applied to find out which automotive industry services customers miss in this district. The results of this research using questionnaires showed that customers miss a company providing the following services: customized adaptations, performance increase and repairs of expensive parts. The research using questionnaires showed that many people would have functions installed in their cars assisting them in driving and even saving lives. This fact provides evidence that people are interested in new trends.

The aim of this thesis is a description of the planning, establishment and development of advertising portal Gastrosvět.cz, as the actual project conducted by the Business Incubator of VŠE. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part explains and descibes used terms like business, businessman, SWOT analysis, balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow, break-point analysis, legal forms of business enterprise, life cycle of a business plan, financing options and organization structures. The practical part is concerning to the project and includes information about its business plan, staffing, know-how, the scope of the position, market segmentation, timing, legal forms, business objectives, competitive analysis, SWOT analysis before starting the project, financial planning, business strategy, requirements system, marketing and advertising, and other possibilities for the development of the project.

Theoretical side of the work analyses the process of inception of a new business unit from the beginning idea, through development and ranking of business chance, to the foundation of business unit with all the necessary administrative and practical parts. The work deal with present way of the grant the business units in the Czech Republic and reasons of possible failure in business too. In practical side of the work business - concrete plan of setting up the Fat Free Pizza in Prague is developed within the financial plan in details and evaluation of profitable investment regarding the future development of this area.

The aim of the work is to determine the investment costs of the tangible assets and coverage. Further, the work summarises the costs, profits and economical results. Another issue relies on the identification of the factors influencing the classification of the economical effectivity of the investment project and of the cosequent use of the information in the particular investment project in the field of health care and social services.
