Moje práce se zaměřuje na sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro firmu rodinného typu. V práci jsou uvedeny poznatky z oblasti ekonomiky, ekonomie, marketingu a také managementu, tyto poznatky slouží především k prozkoumání klíčových faktorů, na které by měl začínající podnik brát zřetel a neopomenout je. Po představení společnosti se věnuji analýze okolí společnosti. Analýza okolí společnosti vede k částečným závěrům, které pak shrnuji do komplexního závěru na konci práce. V něm je ohodnoceno, zda má výsledný podnikatelský plán příznivé podmínky pro zahájení činnosti. V poslední kapitole práce se věnuji vypočtení finančních zdrojů, které budou muset společníci do podnikání vložit. My project focuses on composition of business plan for the company of a family type. In the project are given the knowledge from the field of economy, economics, marketing and management, this information is primarily used to explore the key factors that must be taken into starting with the undertaking and not forget to them. After the representation the company is devoted the environmental analysis. Environmental analysis contributes to partial conclusions, which I summarize into one comprehensive result, in which is evaluate, if the eventual business plan had good starting conditions for starting a business. In the last chapter I calculate the financial resources that will be needed for the beginning organization.
