Milošová, Vendula ; Hudeček, Vladimír (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor) ; Bečkovská, Tereza (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is based on an architectural study of the subject Atelier's work AG032 and a design study of the subject of the Comprehensive Project AG036. The award contained several requests from the investor. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a new-build winery in the village of Novosedly. Sorted parcels with parcel numbers 5844/2, 5764/29, 5764/55 and 5764/3 on which the building project is located and is located in the cadastral territory of the municipality of Novosedly. The main access to the property is from the main road 414 and further along the asphalt road, which also serves as a cycleway. The building is situated near the property boundary, i.e. its northwest side. From the very situation emerges the basic concept of the project, which is to try to build a new domination of the village, while respecting the surroundings of the vineyards. One of the goals is to combine production, tasting and accommodation into one complex whole. The final design was influenced by the view of long-distance views from the area to the surrounding area (on Pálava) and another equally important one, by the creation of a resting place and meeting of people who go specifically for wine tasting or a selfless view of the surrounding area. The proposed building is two-storey, partially sunk in the terrain, when I took advantage of a large high jump in the terrain. On the first floor there is wine production and storage for subsequent export or preservation of wine. On the second above-ground floor there are areas for visitors, namely tasting and accommodation. A characteristic feature of the building is the saddle roof, which floats on the Old Mountain, thanks to considerable glass and lightening by means of columns. An important point of the proposal is the creation of a closed but open space (courts).

Čech, Richard ; ing.arch. Lukáš Ležatka, Ph.D (referee) ; Pavlovský, Tomáš (advisor) ; Kacálek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis extends the bachelor’s studio project aimed at creating a survey on a new building for Vinařství Lanhofer company. The considered area lies in the territory of Dobšice near Znojmo and with its slightly rolling landscape is used for agricultural purposes. The mentioned trapezoid building site faces southwest, at the time was covered with vineyard and was bordered by minor roads connecting the plot to Dobšice and Suchohrdly. Building a new production site that would be able to produce up to 60 thousand bottles of wine, could be also used as storage space or would incorporate related services was intended. There were premises for public use, formal events or wine-tasting planned. The layout included restaurant with outside seating, sanitary facilities both for visitors and employees. Such a large-scale production of wine could be almost considered an industrial production that set up the main idea of the design. The basic clue of this project is searching an ideal shape of the production area that – in historical context of industrial buildings – is saw-shaped rooftop silhouette. The material concept of the building is based on visual and logical separating of production premises from public spaces that had been achieved by distinguishing both areas by using different facade cover. Stainless steel representing production environment and Cor-Ten patina steel panelling describing eternal wine maturation.

Honza`s Winery
Lavička, Jan ; Konečná, Petra (referee) ; Králová, Zuzana (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a winery with accommodation facilities. The whole area consists of the main building, a building for storage of garden equipment and wooden cabins for lodging during summer time. The diploma thesis is mostly focused on the design of the main building with the winemaking facilities, five rooms on the second floor and technical background. All buildings in the area are appropriately placed considering the cardinal points and they are logically connected with each other by means of roads. The main building is fully provided with cellars where the largest part of the production and the sampling and presentation rooms are found. The shape of the floor plan displays a shape of the letter “u” with two above-ground floors. The whole second above-ground floor is created as a relaxation zone for the guests. Each room has its private balcony with a nice view of the neighbouring vineyards. The roofing is implemented by the flat roof with extensive vegetation and wooden roof trusses, fitting into the surrounding landscape.
