Application for monitoring and analysis of vascular reconstructions
Drozen, Jan ; Hoksza, David (advisor)
Implantation and the care of vascular reconstructions and accesses for haemodialysis is one of areas of cardiovascular surgery. Both vascular reconstructions, known as bypasses, and prosthetic haemodialytic accesses, known as grafts, are used only if conventional therapies are unsuccessful. Thus effectivity of these operations is critically important for patient survival. The aim of this thesis is development of software system for evidence data obtained during vascular operations and following checkups. Important is also support for basic analytical and statistical processing of collected data. Another goal is to transform collected data into knowledge useful for increasing effectivity of vascular operations.
Personal Transport Information System
Smolka, Tomáš ; Ježek, Pavel (advisor) ; Parízek, Pavel (referee)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create an information system for small companies which are running a business in the field of the contractual passenger transport and which do not have an access to a suitable software solution for their business. This information system, which has arisen, provides the solution for a complete cycle of a transport order which starts with a formation of an order from a travel agency. In the next step, there is a realisation of the planned order which is processed by a driver and last step is a creation of an invoice for the travel agency. On the grounds of the fact that there are not almost any existent standards for the formats of the requested files in the field of the contractual passenger transport (for example: the orders, the invoices, etc.), all the inputs and the outputs of the system are solved by means of plug-ins. In the text part of the thesis, there is presented the operation of the contractual passenger transport company in details. In addition, there is an analysis of the the system draft and there is also examined the development of the system itself. This analysis is followed by a description of the implemented solution structure. In the theoretical part, there is executed an in-depth analysis of the internal processes which are performed by the company...
Qubit - A System for Translations Management and Authoring
Cincibuch, Jindřich ; Ježek, Pavel (advisor) ; Čech, Přemysl (referee)
Title: Qubit - A System for Translations Management and Authoring Author: Jindøich Cincibuch Department: Department of Distributed and Dependable Systems Supervisor: Mgr. Pavel Je¾ek, Ph.D., Department of Distributed and Dependable Systems Abstract: The goal of this thesis was to create a software solution that will allow translation agencies to better collaborate with freelance translators who do not own expensive translation tools. One part of the software solution is an information system with a graphical appli- cation that will allow translation agency staff to remotely assign documents for translation and manage them. Another part is a graphic application for freelance translators with an integrated graphic translations editor, in which translators will translate speci ed les. The software solution is primarily designed to sup- port the SDLXLIFF commercial translation format so that it can be reused in the original SDL Trados Studio application. In the text part of the thesis we present in detail the issue of translations and formats used for their sharing. It also presents the design, analysis and deve- lopment of the mentioned information system and graphical user applications. Subsequently, the structure of the implemented software solution is described. Keywords: Sdlxli tmx translation editor wcf...

Proposal of Database System for Event Management
Sekula, Radim ; Klusák, Aleš (referee) ; Luhan, Jan (advisor)
The Master’s thesis deals with the proposal of database system for event management according to the requirements of the client, which is ANeT-Advanced Network Technology, Ltd. The first part of the thesis summarizes the theoretical bases of database systems and object-oriented programming focusing on .NET Framework. In the second part the current situation and the specific needs of the company are analyzed, and based on this analysis a solution proposal is created in the third part.
Sector 66 - A Modular Board Game
Brenner, Matyáš ; Ježek, Pavel (advisor) ; Holan, Tomáš (referee)
The goal of this thesis is to design and implement a board game Sector 66, which is based on the rules of Quoridor game designed by Gigamic company. Sector 66 is a game for two to four players with a 3D representation of the scene. It is possible to play it over a network or against the computer. It also offers expandability by plug-ins with fields of game plan and spells. It is possible to start the game based on prepared template, which can modify game rules in a certain way.
Terminal for Meal Hand Out
Kello, Tomáš ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Křivka, Zbyněk (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on development of application for Windows 10 platform in cooperative with platform UWP. It solve information problems, which helps during meal serving, and shows client ordered meals for that day.
Captured Communication Processing on Distributed System
Hvězda, Matěj ; Lichtner, Ondrej (referee) ; Pluskal, Jan (advisor)
When you need to assess or troubleshoot network by analysing capture file, you want it done as fast as possible and you do not always have a high-performance computer. Here comes the distributed system, which allows you to use his high computing power and lot of available memory. I introduce distributed application, which is scalable, extensible and capable of processing captured network communication and is developed for Windows platform. That provides technology, like Microsoft HPC Pack and Windows Communication foundation. The application supports multiple capture formats. In parallel system (cluster), exists database in order to save statistics and data of captured communication in order to save user's computer memory so client's application can be used for low-performance computers or make data available to a client after distributed processing.
Migrácia informačného systému na Microsoft SQL Server
Repka, Ján
Informatics system migration to Microsoft SQLServer. Brno: Mendel Uni-versity in Brno, 2016. This bachelor thesis contains analysis, design, implementation and test of solution serving to migrate persistence layer of selected module of the information system to Microsoft SQL Server through replication of data changes. The theoretical part contains an analysis of the current state of the information system with a focus on work with data, analysis of requests from the owner of the information system and the subsequent research of selected technologies. The practical part includes the design, implementation and test of the functionality of the implemented solu-tion.
