This thesis deals with the use of brownfields. One of the main goals of the thesis is to design the most suitable use of a particular brownfield in the city of Brno. The subject of this diploma thesis is the proposal for the use of brownfield Former technical services area, which is located in the city part Trnitá. The design solution is based on analyzes of the given locality and is processed in three variants. These options are subsequently evaluated for their actual implementation costs and expected return assumptions
Choice of the most suitable type of rent

Price, value, evaluation of investment, payback period, net present value, lease, rent, sell, apartment, flat, taxation, revenue, expense I focused on choosing the best type of rent. For illustration and example, I chose an apartment in the Brno center. The solution was used knowledge from the field of investment and valuation of real property. The result is both an economic evaluation using indicators (in this case net present value of the investment), but also verbal assessment of individual options and their pros and cons. Rewarding this work can not only be for retail investors who prefer investing in "something tangible".

This bachelor’s thesis is focusing on construction company’s liquidity. First part of the bachelor’s thesis is dealing with the theoretical framework of company’s payment-ability and management options. The practical part discusses financial plan and economic results of particular construction orders, which are evaluated within one year. The objective of the thesis aims to evaluate management options of company’s payment-ability regarding construction order outcomes. The result is an appraisal of the liquidity of construction orders and the delimitation of an appropriate liquidity indicator.

Diploma thesis introduces two different options for property valuation. With an emphasis on the different ownership of the apartment building. In the first case, the building seen as a whole and used the combination of yield and cost method of valuation. In the second case, a building is divided into individual residential units and valued method of comparison. Both methods are conducted in accordance with Decree No. 3 / 2008 digest Implement certain provisions of Act No. 151/1997 digest., Valuation of property and amending certain laws, as amended (Decree valuation), as follows of the changes made by Decree No. 456/2008 digest. and No. 460/2009 digest. Influence of elevated carbon dioxide concentration on the quality of wheat flour

This work treats of influence of carbon dioxide increased concentration on wheat yield and quality of wheat grains and flour. It focuses above all on total content nitrogenous substances in flour, content of proteins, gluten and bake charackteristics. Generally, increased carbon dioxide concentrations cause an increase of wheat yield and decrease of total content of nitrogenous substances. Gluten content is lower and that is why the bake properties are worse too.
Return of Investment for Energetical Modifications.

This thessis determines return of investments for energetic improvements. Theoretical chapter introduces term definitions for investments, assessing and energetic improvements domains. Practical part compares several possibilities of energetic improvements applied on real estate. Comparsion that is based on amount of initial investment, effectivity and return time determines optimal solution for particular estate.
