Employee Motivation in a Company

The aim of the thesis is to determine the motivation of three biggest telecommunication companies in the Czech Republic on the basis of analysis. Sub-objective is to compare the motivation of employees in three dominant companies on the telecommunications market in the Czech Republic. The recommendations are based on the results obtained from the analysis. The analysis is divided into two different parts. Personal interviews with employees are used in the first part. The second part examines the motivation of employees based on a survey, resulting in the detection of perception of employees´ preferences. Draft recommendations, which could lead to improvement of the current situation, are described on the basis of the analysis.
The analysis of development of regulations on the mobile operators market in Czech Republic since it's beginning until present

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the regulation in the Czech telecommunications sector with focus on the mobile service providers. Analysis is based on available data about mobile telecommunications market development, comparison of economic and telecommunications parameters and analysis of regulatory and untitrust authorities in the Czech Republic. The conclusion of the thesis is, that the legal definition of the competitive market is unclear and the deregulation is too slow. The competition is not sufficient and causes slow dicrease in the consumer prices.

The aim is to examine the entry of telecommunication companies into the field of information and communication technologies (ICT) with a focus on market of business customers. Essential for achieving this objective is the analysis of the current state of the telecommunication market, which is followed by qualitative research focusing on telecommunication companies and their future direction.
Communication strategy of Vodafone in the Czech market

This Bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the communication strategy of Vodafone in the Czech market. The aim of this work is to identify and evaluate the communication strategy of Vodafone and also to find out how consumers perceive not only Vodafone but also its competitors. Then on the basis of this analysis and survey suggest an optimum communication strategy for Vodafone. The work is divided into two parts, in the theoretical part term communication, marketing and communications mix are defined and also a few new trends in marketing communications are described. In the second part Vodadone and its competitors are introduced, including analysis of the positioning of operators in the Czech market. Furthemore, the communication strategy is analysed and its individual elements are described. The last part deals with the survey, on which is based SWOT analysis and my own recommendations.
The Evaluation of Free tariffs implementation on the Czech market

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the process of introducing unlimited tariffs by O2 Czech Republic a.s. as to the Czech telecommunications market. The focus of this topic has two perspectives, perspective of the innovative companies and competitors' view. In the assessment perspective, there is also the view of customers. In the first part, I have dealt mainly with the general theory of introducing innovative products to the market, which is related to business surveys that were conducted, in particular the analysis of competition and the market. In the practical part, I focused on the very process of implementation, including the initial assessment of the market situation, setting pricing policies or communication tools that were used. In conclusion, I compared previous expectations with real impacts.
The EU regulation of roaming services and its impacts on company T-Mobile Czech Republic, a.s.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the impacts of European Union's roaming regulation on company T-Mobile Czech Republic, a.s. For customers, reducing of roaming prices is a welcome step, on the other hand, telecommunication companies have a different opinion and the impacts on companies are doubtful. In the theoretical part I will try to describe the roaming service and introduce the content of roaming legislative regulation, which the company must follow when creating roaming strategy. The practical part will include the real impacts of European Union's roaming regulation on company T-Mobile Czech Republic, a.s., such as usage of roaming services, new roaming tariffs or company's financial indicators. At the conclusion I will try to predicate possible future roaming development because lately talking about the abolition of roaming fees, which could mean the completion of the single European market in telecommunications.

The topic is approach from both theoretical and practical perspective. Theoretical part proposes a better understanding of researched topic and conducts a deep market analysis. The practical part follows with the research and precise definition of the target group, its buying habits and the major unmet needs.
Analysis of current mobile operator selected services

The theme of the thesis is an analysis of current mobile operator selected services. This work focuses on the present and the future development of mobile internet connection. The aim is to analyze existing services at Telefónica Czech Republic and The work is divided into several parts. The first part focuses on the selection of a particular operator. I described at al. Czech Republic and Telefónica, which is the first integrated operator in the Czech Republic. The company currently operates more than seven million mobile numbers and fixed lines, making it one of the leading providers of fully converged services in Europe. I focused on the organizational structure of the company and its description. The second part is historical, describes the history of mobile networks in the CR, the history of mobile communications in the data and the development of mobile connections in the country. The third part is theoretical, describes al. Czech Republic Telefonica SpA in terms of services it offers in this section is also described ISO certification, EMS policy and business principles. Are described voice and mobile services, mobile data services and connectivity technologies and different types of technologies (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, HSDPA, HSPA + and LTE). Another section includes the development of mobile connections in the CR, the current situation where Telefónica provides 3G connection for almost 71% of the population and the current state of commercial LTE network. I tried to describe the current mobile platforms, and even telecommunications market in the Czech Republic. The penultimate section specifies the geographic traffic distribution network operator and the last part, I dealt with the analysis and comparison services. The total contribution of the thesis see the approach and evaluation of existing services together. Telefónica Czech Republic, as, which is one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world.
Analysis of the competitive mobile market in the Czech Republic

The work deals with the effectiveness of competitive mobile market in the Czech Republic. It assesses the behavior of mobile operators on the Czech market and its impact on end users. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part deals with the description of the telecommunications sector as a network industry showing features of imperfect competition. Then there are the institutions responsible for regulating provided mobile telecommunications market and their scope. The second part deals with specific economic values achieved by individual operators, and then their characteristic strategies for those operating in poorly competitive market. There is made an order in final conclusion for efficiently competitive environment.
CPM - Corporate performance management in a telecommunications company environment

This diploma thesis deals with the corporate performance management which represents a new direction in utilizing of data produced by Business Intelligence. An application of this approach in a telecommunications operator environment is a major contribution of this thesis. Theoretical principles of corporate performance management which capture, for instance, analysis of components, architecture, future development and current state of the market are described in the first two chapters. The third charter is an introductory part to the practical one because it deals with selected implementation methodology of corporate performance management. This thesis concentrates on two parts within the framework of this methodology -- analysis and proposal. While the fourth chapter characterizes the initial situation and a methodology of collecting of data, the fifth and sixth chapters create a core of this diploma thesis. The fifth chapter, which focuses on the analysis mentioned above, surveys a current state of the parts needed in order to propose CPM and where it is necessary the fifth chapter submits proposals of changes. The sixth chapter creates a complex proposal of CPM in a real environment based on the analysis of current situation in the company and from the proposals of changes. This proposal represents a summary of theoretical knowledge of corporate performance management and the current situation in the telecommunications company. The last seventh chapter makes recommendations which would contribute to the future implementation of the proposed corporate performance management.
