Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza regulační činnosti státu na telekomunikačním trhu v České republice se zaměřením na trh mobilní a její zhodnocení. Na základě analýzy z dostupných údajů o vývoji trhu mobilních telekomunikací, srovnání jednotlivých ekonomických a telekomunikačních parametrů a analýzy opatření jak regulujících úřadů, tak úřadů na ochranu hospodářské soutěže je v práci dosaženo zhodnocení regulace trhu. Současná snaha o deregulaci telekomunikací je shledána jakožto částečně úspěšná. Problém shledává autorka práce v nejasné zákonné definici konkurenčního trhu a v nízké rychlosti a adaptibilitě deregulace, jež jsou příčinou nedostatečného konkurenčního prostředí na trhu mobilních služeb, které vede k pomalému snižování cen pro spotřebitele. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the regulation in the Czech telecommunications sector with focus on the mobile service providers. Analysis is based on available data about mobile telecommunications market development, comparison of economic and telecommunications parameters and analysis of regulatory and untitrust authorities in the Czech Republic. The conclusion of the thesis is, that the legal definition of the competitive market is unclear and the deregulation is too slow. The competition is not sufficient and causes slow dicrease in the consumer prices.
