Car Steering Components Design

The aim of this bachelor thesis is construction of steering components for Formula Student monopost. Main components are steering rack with body partially made from carbon composite and bevel gearbox with Gleason gears. Part of this work is design of supports of those components. The work also deals with possibilities of usage of steering column made of carbon composite.

Fuselage and control system design of VUT 081 Kondor

This master’s thesis deals with VUT 081 Kondor composite fuselage design and control system layout design. Load computation and selection of critical load cases are made. Principal inner surfaces of the fuselage are designed with respect to basic ergonomic requirements of the crew. Construction materials are chosen and a layup of composite materials is performed. Fuselage FEM model is made in MSC Patran/Nastran system and the structure-strength analysis is given for chosen load cases.

This diploma thesis is aimed at specific conditions of ABC s.r.o. company and its financial management. The thesis deals with changes in management system of a small company, that is necessary for correct decision making and managing of financial resources. The first part of this thesis contains theory related to financial management and its evaluation. The second part clarifies financial situation in the company, defines identified drawbacks and is followed by measures, that provide improvement of current conditions.

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to summarize bibliography focused on the problem of primary school management. The empirical research reveals if it is unified management system, what are its common features, how much and which parts are influenced by school size. Method of empirical research is questionary investigation. The respondents are basic school managers from Kladno district. In order to investigation were addressed 59 managers with returnability 59 %. Results of the questionary investigation were charted into a table, described and compared with Primary school Zlonice, Kladno district. School Board in the management of school

The aim of this thesis was to determine to what extent and in what areas the school board controls affects the work of the school principal. The operational objective was to specify the problematic areas of the relationship from the perspective of the school principal and suggest how their effects mitigated or eliminated. Respondents of empirical research using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were directors of elementary and secondary schools, established by the Central Bohemia Region. The aim of the research was to obtain the most comprehensive description of the relationship between the school board and school management system. The results of the survey can be used in particular to seek ways and other opportunities for cooperation between the school principal and the school board so that their actions helped to improve the quality of management of the school principal. They can also be used as a basis for more efficient operation of the School Board itself. The survey results can be used and founder of the school as an oportunity to improve the working conditions of school management. Design of Formula Car Steering System Using Cardan Joints

The aim of this master thesis is the construction of a steering system for Formula Student monopost. The main part of the thesis is the design and analysis of steering column using universal joints. The thesis also contains design and analysis of steering rack together with experimental measurement of steering column torsional stiffness. An important part of the thesis is also a calculation of steering forces.

This diploma thesis is focused on change management by Lewin’s model, which split the change process into three phases: unfreeze, realization and refreeze. In the monitored company Regionální poradenská agentura, s.r.o. will be proposed change of management system, which will be solved by the project. This project will be aimed at making basic management process more efficient: planning, organization, leading and control. During the drafting will be emphasized importance human resource management.

This bachelor's thesis concerns about fire protection and it's integration to the management system of industrial company. In the first part of it are said terms and legislative requirements connected with fire protection for industrial companies. The second part contains designed system for integration fire protection requirements to the management system of industrial company. In the third part of this thesis is processed the fire protection analysis of industrial company. Last part contains recommendations for the further development of fire protection.
