Passenger Cars Four Wheel Drive.
Hrádek, Zbyněk ; Rasch, František (referee) ; Blaťák, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of my Bachelor´s project is to form the search describing individual drive concepts of the all cars´ wheels. It is focused especially on the construction, working principle and usability of the particular concepts. The beginning of the thesis is interested in the the history as well as the advantages and disadvantages of this engineering solution. In the following part the most used drive concepts are described. The end of the project covers the summary of the acquired information and the consideration of how the all wheels´ drive will be developed in the following years.
Design of MR clutch water cooling
Musil, Marek ; Strecker, Zbyněk (referee) ; Roupec, Jakub (advisor)
This paper describes the design and manufacture of water refrigeration for magneto clutch. MR clutch cooling problem was solved by designing of several variants of which was finally chosen the best. Model of water cooling was developed and subsequently made. The cooling is consolidated on a stator of MR clutch. Cooling completely surrounds the body of an MR clutch and thus achieves a high heat transfer between the cooling system and cooled. The proposal was developed with a view to good foldability, so its use is not complicated.
Using brushless d.c. motor to drive servo-unit with safety function
Rudolf, Ladislav ; Mišurec, Jiří (referee) ; Prajzner, Václav (advisor)
In this work, a proposal for BLDC motor control, which will be used as a drive linear actuator. Control with microcontroller focuses mainly aspects such as motor mode, regenerative mode, measuring rotor position sensors and measuring the motor current, which corresponds to the moment. The result of the work is focused on upgrading the existing Honeywell actuator, where the processor-controlled BLDC motor to replace the existing system and take over the actuator working function and emergency function.
Stroke mechanism of bridge crane
Tomeš, Jakub ; Sedláček, Martin (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of bridge crane lifting gear for a load not exceeding 10,000 kg. The work includes the design of the basic parts of the lifting gear, such as rope diameter, rope drum and rollers. There is also included the choice of standardized parts such as electric motor, crane gearbox, flexible clutch or drum brake. The last chapter describe the strength calculation of the rope drum and the bearing life calculation together with the design of welds and tight pen. The output of the bachelor thesis is the drawings of the cable drum weld and the mechanism of the lifting mechanism.
Chain Conveyor
Štěpán, Marek ; Dlesk, Daniel (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to design the control picking unit for the storage system Multitower. This work deals with the storage of rods, safety requirements and design of structures. The design part solves the actuator design, choice of chain tensioning system and torque transmission. The strength analysis of important components is solved in last part.
Developments of Car Drive Train
Macháček, Kamil ; Kloss, Ondřej (referee) ; Kaplan, Zdeněk (advisor)
This work deals with modern solutions of automotive start-up clutches. It describes the most widely used systems in contemporary cars, first of all fiction diaphragm clutch. Next it deals with lamellar, centrifugal and hydrodynamic clutches.
Stroke mechanism of bridge crane
Ujčík, Miroslav ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of a stroke mechanism of the bridge crane with capacity of load 12 000 kg, which will have served as a plant crane with regular use. The first part of this thesis is devoted to the critical research of similar existing solutions, on the bases of which a suitable order of the arrangement is chosen. The other part of the thesis is devoted to the calculation of the main dimensions of the stroke, on the basis of which the individual components are selected, this are hoist elements of the rope system, such as roller, rope and rope drum, in which the fatigue calculation is performed. Another part of the thesis tackles design and parts calculation of the lifting mechanism, such as electric motor, clutch, brake and gearbox. The final part of the thesis is devoted to the calculation and control of the drum flail, bearing and tension calculation of the parallel key. Constituent part of this thesis is also drawings´ documentation, which enclosed drawing of the lifting mechanism assembly and the welding subassembly as well.
Crane Stroke Mechanism
Vydra, Tomáš ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of crane stroke mechanism with lifting capacity of 12 500 kg. At the beginning is research of different design solutions, their comparison and finally selection of the most suitable conception. Before calculation part of each unit is short theoretical part, which brings basic information about issue, whose result in choice of product from catalogues. On the grounds of calculations, firstly hoist parts are chosen, such as rope, pulleys, rope drum and main units of crane mechanism – electric motor, gear box and brake with coupling. Final part deals with strength calculations of rope drum and drum shaft and design of his bearing housing. The practical part of the work are assembly drawings of crane stroke mechanism and rope drum weldment.
Gearboxes of Trucks and Buses
Vítek, David ; Hejtmánek, Petr (referee) ; Blaťák, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with background research of gearboxes of trucks and buses. The first part of this thesis forms familiarization with various parts of the transmission system, which we can see in trucks and buses, their principle and design. The second part deals with systems that use the best known manufacturers of trucks and buses, as well as current trends in this area.
Modern Tractor Transmissions
Bartošová, Daniela ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis concerns an overview of the modern trends in the area of tractors transmissions. It explains the reason why both the power shifts and the continuously variable transmissions. Further on, this thesis emphasizes the innovative elements of transmission concept at selected tractor manufacturers.
