Progress in photography and video and its impact for origin of timelapse

The bachelor thesis deals with history of photography and video and its importance for the development of a specific photographic techniques - time lapse video. The thesis discusses in more detail the composition and its rules in timelapse creation. Further, a procedure of making according to the author of this thesis and its experience are presented. The author draws on, among other things, information from Gunther Wegner, the world-known timelapse author, whom he met several times personally. The reader of this work should gain awareness of the history, composition and timelapse creation. The thesis should also be a source of information by which also a layman can create his first timelapse and should help him to avoid basic mistakes of a beginner.
Purpose and method of storing historical items and shots inside The Czech television

Czech Television, the public service broadcaster, guarantees archiving of shots and programmes in the Czech Republic. This thesis explains the process of this archiving, whether there is a clear strategy and whether this strategy is effective. The purpose of archiving - the possibilities of using stored programmes, was also examined. Technologies are developing very rapidly. This development brings new methods of video recording. The thesis also deals with various kinds of archiving in the past and whether the old archives were already converted to new technologies to prevent their loss or damage. Czech Television is a large institution. It broadcasts on five channels and provides also internet broadcasting, news and sport web portals. The archiving of shots and programmes must be realized in many places at the same time. The thesis represents their summary and describes the conditions of archiving in the present.
Influence of core stabilization influence on young floorball players

The bachelor thesis evaluate the immediate effect of core stabilization on a speed and accuracy of the young players floorball shoot. In the theoretical part is described the floorball play and its movement characteristic. The main attention is focused primarily on the shooting problematic. Further, the bachelor thesis brings the preview of an inadequate load while children are sporting and the possible negative impact on them, when the sport is unilateral. In form of research are summarized the results of studies relating to the musculoskeletal disorders of sporting children. In the second half of theoretical part the possibilities of treatment are described and how to prevent these problems by using core stabilization. It is also point out on a possibility of an improvement when using core exercise. The work primarily concerns the core stabilization from the perspective of Dynamic Neuromuscular stabilization. Methodology: The research involved 30 floorball players from the age of 13 to 15 years (average age: 14.20 years; SD +/- 0.86), which were randomized into 3 groups of 10 probands. The goal of Comparative analysis of war photography and working methods of James Nachtwey and Patrick Chauvel bachelor thesis is to compare methods of war photography of two respected photographers, Patrick Chauvel and James Nachtwey. Author analyses and compares their professional life with focus on their professional milestones. The purpose is to describe their working methods, composition and subject selection, therefore how war is diplayed in their pictures supposing to document the conflict. This work is based on the assumption that photographers' distinct personality traits and strong opinions on war journalism necessarily influence their photographic style. Author analyses their respective iconic war photographies using visual analysis.

Recent Trends in Research and Development of Non-toxic Small Calibre Bullets

This thesis focuses on finding equivalent replacement of toxic lead used in bullets with different non-toxic material. Bullets produced from copper, brass, zinc and lead were tested. The work contains information about chemical composition, a macro and mikro documentation and the hardness values of each bullet. Methods of light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and microhardness measurements were used for this study.

Elements of Commercial Video Expression

This paper deals with the the theoretical description of fundamental elements in cinematography. The document focuses mainly on elements associated with each shot, such as the framing, camera movement, speed of motion or onscreen space as well as on the most basic rules of editing and on the relation of shot to shot. For each group of elements, gives examples of the use of these elements in real commercials videos. The theoretical part is then used to analyze short advertising video.The video is broken down into individual shots, and they are then analyzed by different groups of elements. After this analysis the work brings the synthesis of analyzed data from shots and then, conclusions are drawn about the quality and quantity of basic elements in the analyzed commercial video. The last part of the paper deals with concept of promotional videos for a wedding agency and the entire document concludes in storyboard for pre-wedding spot.
