Study of the influence of additions on the durability of aerated concrete

The aim of this work is to summarise and consider the possibilities of using admixtures and their influence on the durability of aerated concrete.This bachelor's thesis is based on research findings concerning aerated concrete. Furthermore, it deals with the study of inert and active additions. The experimental part is focused on testing trial samples with the addition of admixtures. It examines what is the rate of the possible chosen physically-mechanical features such as the rate of air density, the durability of surface against the effect of water and chemical defrosting substances and achieving the required strength.
Comparison of the tax burden of real estate in the CR and selected states of EU

Diploma thesis is focused on the comparison of the tax burden on residential property owner in the Czech Republic and in selected European countries. The content of this thesis is a comprehensive review of taxes relating to real estate in our country, their detailed analysis and subsequent comparison with the situation of selected countries. The possible future development of property taxation in the Czech Republic is predicted in conclusion.
Determination of the difference in prices garages by the house in Havířov

This thesis focuses on the comparison of selected methods for the valuation of property type garage in Havirov, namely the garage of brick blocks. In this work will be the comparison of prices according to the current administrative price regulation and market prices according to the comparative method and itemized budget. In addition to administrative price comparison market price, I will further explore the resulting price difference between the cost valuation method and comparison method of valuation real problem situation.
The influence of structural and technical condition on the cost of construction

The beginning of the master thesis includes basic terms, which explain issues of properties, structures, building plot, ownership and co-ownership, prices and its creation, operation life and use, and probability of occurrence of risks. I estimate the price of property through general price – comparative method, in the practical part of thesis. In the next part, I bring how structural and technical condition of construction influences the price of property. The conclusion of the master thesis focuses on summary of structural and technical effects, which influence the price of building and when is the best time to sell the property, according to my opinion.

There are also valuation of land that make up the single family houses functional units, spell using methods and using the Naegeli´s method class position. In the conclusion is stated, to what extent is the price of selected houses affected by the distance from Litomyšl.

The bachelor's thesis is an analysis of the real estate market in selected locations. Specifically, the city of Olomouc, Zlín, Liberec and Hradec Králové. The main idea is to compare average house prices according to dispositions and then compare them also in the territory to which they belong. In this case, the territory of Moravia and the territory of Bohemia. In the first part, it defines the basic technical and economic concepts that need to be known. In the second part, the work deals with property valuation, where its basic methods are described. The third and final part of the theoretical area is focused on the real estate market and introduced by its participants. The market for apartments or rentals is also mentioned. The practical part more closely represents the selected sites and processes the data collected, which is then analysed.
