The institution of superficiary right of building in the private law restatement in the Czech Republic
Tichý, Luděk ; Hendrychová, Michaela (advisor) ; Šustek, Petr (referee)
The Institute of the Right to Build in the Context of the Recodification of Private Law in the Czech Republic Abstract This master thesis is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the legal regulation of the right to build as a legal institute reintroduced into the legal system of the Czech Republic on 1 January 2014 with the entry into force of the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code, including the placing of the right to build in the context of its historical background or its comparison with the corresponding applicable legal regulations of foreign countries, which represent sources of inspiration for the legal regulation in the Czech Republic. The right to build allows, in particular, the construction of a building by the builder on land that is not owned by him, or, in general, allows the builder to have a building on such land. This legal institute represents a special temporary exception of application of the legal principle of superficies solo cedit. The building, which becomes part of the right to build for the duration of the right itself, does not, according to the general rules of law, accrue to the land on which it has been built. In the introductory part, the thesis focuses on a description of the historical legal development of the right to build from its Roman law origins. This is...
Vliv mytí na degradaci laku vozidla a jeho hodnocení
Duda, Stanislav
This thesis deals with the problematics of varnish degradation due to maintanance of a car or more precisely due to washing of a car bodywork and searching for a gentle washing of a car. The first section of this thesis discusses the creation of a protection layer of the car bodywork or types of varnishing, particular layers of varnish and additional products enhancing the qualities of car varnish. Second part of thesis analyses the measuring and evaluation of the state of varnish layers and uses the results for valuation of estetical and functional advantages and disadvantages. In third part we deal with description and categorisation of types and technologies of car washing. Fourth part focuses on experimentation and comparison of varnish degradation due to selected types of car washing using tests simulating real conditions of regular service. Particularly we evaluate portal washing units and hand washing. Consequently we subjectively and objectively analyse all the information and finaly we project this information to time and economical perspective.
Solving stereometric problems in GeoGebra
HORÁČKOVÁ, Lenka
The aim of the bachelor's thesis on the subject of 'Solving stereometric problems in GeoGebra' was to create a collection of own solved examples from stereometry from the curriculum in the range from primary school, through secondary school to university training of mathematics teachers. The GeoGebra program is a support tool for this bachelor's thesis. The work focuses mainly on the curriculum of primary and secondary schools, partly also on the curriculum at universities. The work focuses mainly on square figures in the scope of the curriculum at primary and secondary schools and partly also at universities.
Solving of problems dealing with volume and surface in the three-dimensional space by 15-16-year old pupils (9th grade)
Dlouhá, Michaela ; Novotná, Jarmila (advisor) ; Vondrová, Naďa (referee)
The topic of my diploma thesis is the solution to exercises of volume and surface of 3D solids. The aim of the thesis is to make own didactic test and to analyse the methods of solution to math exercises in the 9th grade students of ZŠ Amálská. Also to compare the results of the tests in math and science orientated class to "normal1 " class and to find out the success rate of solutions in both classes. I focused only on pyramid and cone, because they are part of curriculum in 9th grade of basic schools after students are admitted to high schools, and after examination of educational programme of chosen school I realised that both classes had the same outputs of given schoolwork. I divided my thesis into two parts - theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part contains five chapters. In the first chapter I focus on didactic tests and their making. In the next chapter I deal with evaluation in general and school evaluation. In the third part there is the term of word exercise defined. In the fourth chapter there are solutions to the word exercises. And in the last chapter I define the term geometrical solid. In the practical part there are the aims and methods of survey, characteristic of research sample, making of didactic test, content of didactic test and analysis of students' solutions...
Mycobacterium smegmatis biofilm formation om glass and zirkonia beads-proteomic study
Sitařová, Barbora ; Weiser, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Zikánová, Blanka (referee)
Biofilms represent universal strategy for bacterial survival. Living in form of biofilms, bacteria acquire wide range of advantages over planktonically growing cultures. It can be assumed that nearly 99% of world bacterial population is living in form of biofilms. There are benefits and drawbacks associated with bacterial biofilms for mankind. Life in biofilms makes pathogens more effective and persistent through higher antibiotic resistance and helps them to hide before immune system of the host. Mycobacteria, which are capable of forming biofilms on variety of surfaces, differ from most of other bacteria by unique composition of their cell wall. It provides them with high resistance against physical or chemical damage. This is one of the reasons for considering Mycobacterium tuberculosis as a highly potent pathogen. The studies of mycobacterial biofilms are motivated by effort to improve or find new therapeutic methods. This work is aimed at morphological and proteomic comparative analyses of biofilms obtained from Mycobacterium smegmatis grown on surface of glass and silica/zirconium beads, on liquid medium surface or grown submerged in shaken planktonic culture. We have developed technique for preparation of "floating" biofilm sample to be observed in SEM. We have shown that the growth of...
On sphere
Ivan, Matúš ; Bečvářová, Martina (advisor) ; Surynková, Petra (referee)
This diploma thesis describes historical evolution of calculation of sphere's volume and surface and provides an analysis of textbooks for secondary and primary schools. It is made with the intention to inspire high school teachers with various approaches of teaching the volume and surface of solid bodies. It can help teachers with motivation of students as well as with selection of textbook and teaching methods for the issue. This thesis is meant to inspire high school students interested in history of mathematics, too. It includes analysis of preserved exercises on the topic from ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia as well as findings from Archimedes' works, which were devoted to this topic. Moreover it describes contribution of enlighteners on the subject and shows exact procedures of derivation of formulas using integral calculus.
Net approaching in tennis
Spurný, Josef ; Kočíb, Tomáš (advisor) ; Carboch, Jan (referee)
The name of the thesis: Net approaching in tennis Objectives: The main objektive of this thesis is to describe and analyze one ot the game situaation in tennis - net approaching and to find out how the surface on the tennis court influences this situation by the elite tennis players. Methods: This analyze was done based the official statistical entries announced on the official grandslams'websites (Wimbledon 1012, Australian Open 2012, Rolland Garros 2012). Results: The results proved that the fast surface of tennis court is the most suitable for net approaching and they serve for the future research. Keywords: net approaching, surface
Problems dealing with volume and surface in the three-dimensional space
Dlouhá, Michaela ; Novotná, Jarmila (advisor) ; Dvořák, Petr (referee)
The aim of this bachelor's work is to sort out and comprehensively organize the word problems on volume and surface elements that appear in textbooks and tasks collections for elementary and secondary schools, namely for the needs of pupils and teachers. The introductory part deals with the characteristic of geometric solids. There are the basic concepts related to objects defined and explained. In the following part there is the notion of the word problems defined. The last part deals with the sorting and organizing word problems for volume and surface area. There are a number of specific tasks selected from the textbooks and tasks collections for primary and secondary schools assigned to each type of task. Tasks are presented with their solution. Keywords: volume, surface, geometrical element
