Corporate family friendly policy from the perspective of employers

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of family-friendly company policies in the Czech Republic. The text introduces individual measures, taking which can employer help to manage working and family life of his employees. The thesis aims at providing the reader with the development of the concept of family-friendly company policy before and after 1989 and anchoring it in the legislative system of the Czech Republic. The part containing research analyzes on the basis of a case study opinions and attitudes of employers themselves. Based on the analysis, the thesis reaches a conclusion that the employers are interested in family-friendly company policy because they find the employees' satisfaction in the workplace important; nevertheless they perceive the support from the state as insufficient. Education Management Role in Establishing and Managing the School Consulting Department

Final thesis deals with the role and status of guidance services in educational process in elementary school, the role of managers in the implementation and coordination of counselling services at school and their contribution to managing the work of management schools. This work deals with the theoretical explanation of the conceptual plans of the school advisory services, consulting service models in primary schools and finally focuses on the goals and activities of school counselling work and his contribution to the educational work of schools. Attention is paid to the integration of the school counselling department management in the conceptual work of the school guidance staff teamwork and cooperation with other school teachers. This work is based on literature and the information it obtained from the probes and knowledge and experience of the author, the results can be applied to control the activities of managers.

School counsellor in Czech Republic and english speaking countries

The diploma thesis deals with school counselling/counseling in the Czech schools and the schools in the United States of America and in England. Theoretical part is focused on the historical development of school counselling, on the status of the school counsellor and the job requirements. The main aim of the practical part of this thesis is to compare the Czech, American and English school counselling. By filling in the questionnaire, our research focused on the school counsellors' job content and their opinion of the school counselling system.

Management consulting services to entrepreneurs in the agricultural complex

The object of the work was to analyze the current status of advisory services supply and their assessment on the basis of demand from enterpreneurs in agriculture. Within the framework of the analysis investigation via questionnaire was conducted among enterpreneurs. The collected data then compared to find out whether the purpose of the advisory service has been fulfilled.
