System for Managing and Paying Invoices

This work aims to simplify the process of paying invoices and also reduce the need to send them in paper form. The system includes the ability to enter invoices from companies, the interface for their display, and the use of the PSD2 directive for their payment. The core of the system is implemented in Python, using the Falcon framework to create the REST API. The necessary data is stored in a database created in PostgreSQL using SQLAlchemy. The client-side is created as a web application, using the usual tools HTML, CSS, Javascript, and the React framework. The submitter of this assignment is the Payment Institution Roger a.s., which has a license to use PSD2 payments.

The goal of the diploma thesis „Salaries in state and public administration in the Czech Republic – development and trends“ is the analysis and description of the salary system. First part of the thesis explains basic theoretical concepts and values in this field of study. The development of the described values is set in the overal context of the economic situation in the Czech Republic. The second part describes principles of remunaration in state and public administration, both past and present. Salary system function is also compared with that of neighboring countries. The outcome of the thesis is the analysis of the salary system and also certain recommendations that resulted from the study of researched topic.

Payment services and their legal regulation

The diploma thesis "The Payment services and their legal regulation" deals with payment services, their definition and description of the legislation. Furthermore it treats payment services contract and focuses further on payment transactions (transfer of funds), in particular payment orders and their requirements. The aim of the paper is analysis of various payment services and related institutions, including a short presentation of persons authorized to provide a payment service. The paper itself consists of introduction, three chapters and conclusion. The author presents the topic and his motives along with short example of literature in the introduction. First chapter deals with a theoretical introduction to the topic and explains key concepts and relations, including specific notion of payment (contact). Furthermore, the first chapter includes description of the persons authorized to provide payment services and introduces legislation dealing with payment services, including European legislation and its comparison with the preceding regulation covering payments. Optimization of the Bank Loan Application

The work is based both on theoretical basis and practical working processes of banks for assessing client's financial standing in Czech market environment. Basic preconditions for successful credit allocation to a business entity will be set along with evaluation of the importance of information from a credit requisition form's compulsory enclosure. A detailed analysis of the client's economy from a bank perspective will be succeeded by identification of critical risks and positives of an applicant's financial position.

The Development of Payment Methods on the Internet

The bachelor thesis The Development of Payment Methods on the Internet is engaged with problematic of e-commerce in Czech online shops B2C. Thesis should help with decisions of payment method for owners of online shops so for customers. Goals of thesis are these: describe development of payments in online shops B2C; describe and compare payment systems on base of chosen criterions; describe trends and possible future of payment on the internet; to sum up people's experiences with payments on the internet. Development of payments is described in elementary possibilities of three e-shops since 1998 to 2010 every three years. Offer of methods is verified on larger sum of online shops. Payment systems are marked with points which are assigned on base of view of businessman and customer. Using my survey I have summed up people's experiences with payment on the internet. Thesis begins with development of payment methods, then current methods and their score. Thesis ends with description of future trends and possibilities of payments. Last topic of thesis is evaluation experiences based on survey.

Analysis of Payment Services

Bachelor thesis analyzes payment services in the Czech Republic on the basis of empirical figures. It focuses on cashless payments. Thesis also presents innovations and modern options in the area of payments with aim to be a benefit not only for professionals, but for general public as well. At first it familiarizes with terms used in payments area. As next it deals with legislation, various laws, which regulate payments in Czech Republic, followed by presentation of innovative instruments. In practical part it follows up analysis of monetary means of electronic money and payment card instrument. Compares transaction volumes in our country with abroad countries and analyzes their overall utilization. In the end thesis evaluates selected products and services of banks in term of price.
