Multifunctional Building Křenová

Multifunctional building is located in the center of Brno, in an older residential development, between the streets Křenová, Vlhká and Skořepka. It provides seven above-ground and two underground floors. The shape of each floor is created by a specific curve. Each floor mingles vertically with another ones so they create the irregular organic shape. From the exterior the building is characteristic by its glass facade in a green tone. Thanks to its shape and color the building will play very dominant role in the surrounding. It will also provide a relatively luxury apartments, offices, retail space and parking areas.
Health centre Mediface

Project of health center with facilities for civic amenities. It is a three-storey above ground object. On the ground floor there is a pharmacy, a veterinary station and a medical office. On the second floor there are six medical offices and a technical room. On the third floor there are 4 spaces for civic amenities. Vertical load-bearing structure consists of masonry of ceramic blocks and internal monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton. Horizontal load-bearing structure is made of reinforced concrete beams and prestressed reinforced concrete panels. The building is based on concrete foundation strips and reinforced concrete pads. The building is roofed with a warm flat green roof. Thermal insulation of the facade is made of mineral wool insulation and has a ventilated facade.
Office Building

This diploma thesis was prepared as a construction project documentation. The proposed building is an office building in Prague. The building has 4 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor. On the above-ground floors the office spaces are located, while the underground floor is designated as garages. Monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton with beams was chosen as the construction system.
Culture and public centre

The subject of my master‘s thesis is A new cultural society center building in Frýdek-Místek. The work is explained in the form of project documentation for the execution of the building containing all the requirements following the legal standards and regulations. The land is flat. It is a two-storey, basement building. The supporting system of the object is a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton filled with ceramic blocks. Basement masonry is permanent formwork. The roof and ceiling structures are made of reinforced concrete slabs. Roofs above both of the first floors are flat green roofs, the roof above the second floor is also flat formed by river rock. The new building of the cultural society center corresponds to the town plan of the town of Frýdek-Místek. The design was influenced by the layout, static and architectural features, and energy savings.
Kindergarten Solivar

The goal of this diploma thesis is a design study and project documentation for a new-building of a kindergarten in a city of Prešov (city part Solivar), Slovakia. The kindergarten will be a institution for pre-school education for children from 3 to 6 years old. The projects of the kindergarten building consist of one classroom for children within the age from 3-4, one classroom, for children within the age from 4-5 and third classroom for children from 5-6 years old. The designed object also contains janitor’s room and closet, laundry room, director’s office and a community room for cultural happenings held by kindergarten. Parking spaces are designed outside, in front of the building next to the main entrance. The playground is placed on the south-west side. The building of a kindergarten is designed as monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton structure with longitudinal beams. The circumferential walls will be made of ceramic bricks with a contact thermal insulation ETICS system. Ceilings are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete. Over the 2nd floor, there will be a saddle roof and the roof over the first floor will be flat, with a gravel layer. Foundings of the building are designed as a concrete strips which expand to pads under columns.
Office building in Brno

The aim of the thesis is to design a new office building with almost zero energy consumption. The office building is located in the cadastral area of Veveří in Brno. In the building on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor (they are typical) there are office spaces. It is expected that each floor will be used entirely by one medium-sized company. On the ground floor (1.NP), apart from the main entrance to the building from the south side, there are entrances to the café, shop and tourist information centre. On the underground floor (1.PP) there is a garage with parking spaces - for 7 cars, of which one space is excluded for a disabled person. Additional parking spaces are designed outside. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton based on footings. The infill masonry of the skeleton is designed in ceramic blocks. The roofing of the building is designed with a flat vegetated roof.
Office Building

The subject of the diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction. It is a new administrative building in the city district of BrnoMedlánky on Purkyňova Street. The building is detached, underground and has one underground floor and three above-ground floors, finished with a flat roof, with a terrace on the third floor. On the underground floor there is a collective garage for 15 vehicles, including technical rooms for the operation of the building. On the ground floor, there is a security room and cloakroom, an archive and a lobby with a reception area located at the main entrance. They are connected by two corridors, a staircase area and a lift. In the left part of the building there is a rest room, sanitary facilities a meeting room and a cafeteria. On the right side of the ground floor there is a small office supply store, staff changing rooms, a print shop and a lecture room. The second and third floors are identical in layout, they are designed for two small companies On those floors there are cellular offices, rest rooms and sanitary facilities a room for a secretary and a director's office. The maximum number of employees on the second floor is 30, and 22 on the third floor. The building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete frame and is based on monolithic reinforced concrete footings. The infill perimeter masonry is made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The ground floor partitions are made of plasterboard, fire-resistant laminated glass and Porotherm ceramic blocks. The partitions on the other floors are made of plasterboards of appropriate properties.
Congress hotel - Brno,Veveří

The diploma thesis processes project documentation for the construction of a hotel building with a lobby bar, which is located in the central part of the regional city of Brno. The building has four floors and is covered by flat roofs. The hotel meets the conditions of a four-star (****) economic standard. It is designed with 17 accommodation units with a capacity of total 40 persons and a lobby bar for 60 guests and social facilities. In addition to the accommodation content, the hotel will have a conference hall for training, corporate events, etc. Due to the lack of parking spaces in the city of brno, the hotel will also have underground garages primarily designed for parking cars of hotel visitors. The apartments and guest rooms are located on the 2nd., 3rd. a 4th. NP floor. On the ground floor there is a representative space of the hotel composed of the entrance hall with reception, space for hotel management, a lobby bar with social facilities and a gym, which will also be open to the public. In the basement there are underground garages and technical facilities of the hotel. On the 4th floor there is, among other things, a small wellness area with massages, saunas, a bar and an outdoor terrace. The hotel building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton with a reinforcing core, with 4 floors and basement. The design of the hotel will be designed in the spirit of modern materials, simple members and shapes. A vegetation roof is designed to alleviate the overheating of the building in the summer and to meet the requirements of the city for the largest possible greening of buildings and their surroundings.
Preparation of realization of production hall Tescan

The topic of this diploma thesis is the preparation of the realization of the production hall of the company Tescan. The thesis contains a technical report on the construction technology project, the coordination situation, the time and financial plan of the construction. Furthermore, the project addresses the design of construction site equipment and machinery for each stage, the schedule of the main building, the plan of its supply of materials for the rough construction and technological regulations for the substructure of the building, to which the inspection and test plan applies. The next assignment deals with the budget of the main building, health and safety plan and the issue of formwork needed for implementation. The specialization in the area deals with the design and assessment of industrial floors and solutions for securing a construction pit.
