Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout novostavbu administrativní budovy s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Administrativní budova se nachází v katastrálním území Veveří v Brně. V budově v 2.NP a 3.NP (jsou typické) se nachází kancelářské prostory. Předpokládá se, že se každé patro bude celé využíváno jednou středně velkou společností. V přízemí (1.NP) jsou, kromě hlavního vstupu do objektu z jižní strany, umístěny vstupy do kavárny, obchodu a informačního turistického centra. V podzemním podlaží (1.PP) se nachází garáž s parkovacími místy – pro 7 osobních aut, z nichž je jedno místo vyloučeno pro zdravotně postiženou osobu. Další parkovací stání jsou navrženy venku. Objekt je řešen jako železobetonový monolitický skelet založený na základových patkách. Výplňové zdivo skeletu je navrženo z keramických tvárnic. Zastřešení stavby je řešeno plochou vegetační střechou The aim of the thesis is to design a new office building with almost zero energy consumption. The office building is located in the cadastral area of Veveří in Brno. In the building on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor (they are typical) there are office spaces. It is expected that each floor will be used entirely by one medium-sized company. On the ground floor (1.NP), apart from the main entrance to the building from the south side, there are entrances to the café, shop and tourist information centre. On the underground floor (1.PP) there is a garage with parking spaces - for 7 cars, of which one space is excluded for a disabled person. Additional parking spaces are designed outside. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton based on footings. The infill masonry of the skeleton is designed in ceramic blocks. The roofing of the building is designed with a flat vegetated roof.
