This thesis deals with proposal detached three-storey office building, which consists of the brick section and monolithic reinforced concrete frame. The building is covered with a flat roof. The design focus is on the overall consistency between spatial, structural, static, fire safety, acoustic and thermal technical requirements. Documentation is prepared for the building construction. The graphical part of documentation has been processed in the AUTOCAD software.
Student housing

The aim of the project is student housing in Brno, which is in the administrative area of Pole.The building has four floors above ground and it is mounted on slightly sloping land. The main entrance is a follow-up to the entrance hall, where is the reception with twostaircases, which are on north side. There is the technical part of the building on the first side, lodging for 2 personswith reduced mobility, studyroom , game room and grillbar. The remaining three floors are designed as a cellular system of accommodation for university students. Every unit of them is designed for four students. The every unit of them has a hall, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Total capacity is 98 students. The bearing system of the building is monolithic concrete skeleton with filler external walls, which are made of aerated concrete blocks. The building is coveredby flat single roof. The cladding is designed as a contact insulation system ETICS.
Multifunctional Building Křenová

Multifunctional building Křenová is situated on a corner gap between the streets Křenová and Skořepka. The urban project is based on building the New City Street in accordance with the zoning plan of Brno. In the parterre there are designed lawns, trees and stylized water surface, which reminds the River Ponávka. Multifunctional building consists of four connected blocks. White lines of buildings are made special by pushing and pulling orange blocks. Each part has a different function. In the basement there are large parking spaces. South six-storey administration is made more interesting by inserted orange loggias, which are proposed for growing vegetation. That should make a pleasant view from the offices. Courtyard consists of a single-storey shop with a green roof. On the north side there is the six-storey residential building with extended blocks of orange terraces. Massive buildings are harmoniously connected by steel construction of library carried by thin pillars in the level of the third storey.
Administrative building in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm

The aim of this diploma thesis is a design of new office building. The construction is situated in the city of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm in the Vsetín district. The building is a detached house and it has three floors and an underground level. On the first floor, there is an entrance hall of the building, a café, educational centre rooms and a tourist information office. On the second and third floors, there is an office area. The underground car park provides fifteen parking spots for the tenants The floor plan of the building is of a rectangular shape. An unroofed atrium, cutting through the inner space, lightens the entire building interior. The building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete frame on a base slab. The monolithic frame is designed to be infilled with clay blocks. The house roofing is designed with a flat green roof.
Library

Theme of this master's thesis is a new library building design including traffic and technical infrastructure. Content of the building integrates library, education centre, bookshop and coffee house. Main tasks of the institution are cultural, informational and educational activities. Due to its position, library building should create functional centre of social life and provide opportunities for gathering of inhabitants. Library is designed as detached building with four levels above, and one level under the ground. Supporting structure is created by reinforced concrete frames. Ventilated facade is insulated with mineral wool and paneled with cement-fiber boards. Object is covered with single-skin roof.
Hotel

This master's thesis deals the design documentation for construction of the Hotel. The building has six floors . On the 1st floor there are entrance hall , bar , dance hall , restaurant, conference rooms and a wellness center . On the 2nd floor there are administrative offices, fitness room, children play room and three large patios . On the 3rd – 6th floors there are hotel rooms . The main support system of the building is the skeleton frame construction.
Apartment building

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the processing of project documentation in the stage of construction implementation. It is a new residential building with almost zero energy consumption. The residential building is located in Brno, in the urban area of Řečkovice, Brno-City district and is situated on flat terrain. It is designed as a five-story, with a flat green roof. There are commercial premises, a carriage room and technical background of the building on the first floor. The rest of the floors contain a total of 20 residential units, as well as a central staircase and an elevator. There are a total of 5 residential units of different sizes on each floor. The building is build on a reinforced concrete foundation slab. The load-bearing system of the building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic frame filled with ceramic masonry. The building is insulated with ETICS contact insulation system.
Apartment building with multifunctional

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a new construction of a multi-functional apartment building and the development of project documentation for the execution of the construction. The proposed object is located in the municipality of Brno. The building is freestanding, has five above-ground floors (six in the administrative unit) and two underground floors. On the ground floor, there are civic facilities, a restaurant with a terrace, a space illuminated by an unroofed atrium penetrating the entire building, and a newsagent. In the first underground floor there are 25 parking spaces, basement cubicles for each apartment and technical rooms.

The access road is from the north side. The building has 6 floors above ground and 2 underground floors. The building is designed as monolithic reinforced concrete frame with shear core. Basement consists of monolithic reinforced concrete walls. Whole building is based on reinforced concrete slab, which is supported by a system of piles. The external wall is designed from clay blocks. The facade is ventilated.
