Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace ve stupni provádění stavby. Jedná se o novostavbu bytového domu s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Bytový dům se nachází v Brně, v městské části Řečkovice, okres Brno-město a je umístěn na rovinatém terénu. Je řešen jako pětipodlažní, s plochou vegetační střechou. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází komerční prostory, kočárkárna a technické zázemí objektu. Ve zbytku nadzemních podlažích se nachází celkem 20 bytových jednotek, dále je zde centrální schodiště a výtah. Na každém podlaží se nachází celkem 5 bytových jednotek různých velikostí. Objekt je založen na základové desce z železobetonu. Nosný systém objektu je navržen jako železobetonový monolitický skelet vyplněný zdivem z keramických tvarovek. Objekt je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the processing of project documentation in the stage of construction implementation. It is a new residential building with almost zero energy consumption. The residential building is located in Brno, in the urban area of Řečkovice, Brno-City district and is situated on flat terrain. It is designed as a five-story, with a flat green roof. There are commercial premises, a carriage room and technical background of the building on the first floor. The rest of the floors contain a total of 20 residential units, as well as a central staircase and an elevator. There are a total of 5 residential units of different sizes on each floor. The building is build on a reinforced concrete foundation slab. The load-bearing system of the building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic frame filled with ceramic masonry. The building is insulated with ETICS contact insulation system.
