Studium technologie výroby vín typu "ryšák"
Štefanov, Martin
The submitted thesis was focused on the study of redhead wines. In the experiment, wines of the redhead type were made using the technology of mixing of must and mixing of mash. For both variants, wines with different proportions of white and blue varieties were created. It was a variant of 75 % of the white variety to 25 % of the blue variety, 50 % of the two varieties and the third variant was 25 % of the white variety to 75 % of the blue variety. Pinot Blanc variety was used for the experiment for a white varieties and the Zweigeltrebe variety was used for the experiment for blue varieties. It also produced classic white and red wine from the varieties. Sensory analysis was performed on wines. Basic analytical parameters (alcohol, titratable acids, reducing sugars, pH and glycerol), antiradical activity and phenolic compounds (anthocyanins, flavanols, flavonols, hydroxycinnamic acids) were also measured. The results show the fundamental impact of maceration of the solids of the berries on the resulting wines, followed by the influence of the variety used. Wines produced by maceration of mashes contained higher values of phenolic substances than wines produced by fermentation of musts.
Design of a blender for the homogenization of a fine-grained granulate
Daňhel, Jan ; Štěpánek, Vojtěch (referee) ; Hermanský, Dominik (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with construction of double cone blender for use in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. There is described a process of blending and possibilities of constructing the blenders in the first part. There are also recommendations for choosing the right blender for the application. Second part is devoted to construction of double cone blender and basic strenght calculations of its parts.
Homogenization of powder blends using a high-speed mixer
Perďochová, Kristína ; Šklubalová, Zdeňka (advisor) ; Mužíková, Jitka (referee)
Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradci Králové Department of: Department of Pharmaceutical Technology Supervisor: doc. PharmDr. Zdeňka Šklubalová, Ph.D. Consultant: PharmDr. Karel Palát, CSc. Student: Kristína Perďochová Title of Thesis: Homogenization of powder blends using a high-speed mixer This work focuses on using a high-speed mixer for the powder mixing process in pharmaceutical technology. Shortened experimental plan was used to study the influence of three factors (mixing speed, mixing time and weight of the mixture) in order to achieve the overall homogenity of the mixture containing acetylsalicylic acid and microcrystalline cellulose. Individual samples were compressed into tablets. The homogenity of the mixture was evaluated using near infrared spectroscopy (NIR). The standard devations of the measured spectra were observed. The best results obtained from studied mixtures were achieved by a combination of mixing 150 g of mixture, rotational speed of 900 rpm and mixing time of 30 seconds.
Denisovan and Neanderthal contribution to variability of recent human populations
Vytlačil, Zdeněk ; Brůžek, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Černý, Viktor (referee)
Did anatomically modern humans admix with other hominins during their range expansion from Africa? Until recently, the answer to this question remained elusive. Studies of archaic mitochondrial DNA failed to provide evidence in either direction. Fortunately, recent discoveries of well-perserved nuclear DNA of neanderthals, as well as newly described denisovans, have shown that recent Eurasians carry traces of archaic DNA in their genome. This thesis summarises known paleogenetic data addressing this problem and gives examples of genes affected by admixture. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
The interactive graphical software for calculation of moist air states
Snášel, Pavel ; Janotková, Eva (referee) ; Pavelek, Milan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create an interactive graphical software intended for calculations of states of moist air and marking these states in Molliere’s i-x diagram. The branch of air-conditioning is considered to be the main field of application of this software, so the calculations of basic changes of moist air have been included to this software as well.
Two shaft continuous mixer
Lukuvka, Šimon ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma project solves questions of blending processes and mixers of partikular materials. In the first and the second part is solved theoreticel analysis of blending processes. Contain of the third and the fourth part is designing and calculating of the mixer´s parameters.
