Sports building in Vsetín

The objective of this work is a design solution and check load-carrying steel construction of the sports hall. The square plan dimensions are 28x28 m, the ridge level is 11,5 m. The building is located in Vsetín. The building construction is designed as a single hall, the construction system is built of a three-hinged main frame. Centre to centre spacing main frame is 5,6 m. The hall has a saddle roof and its inclination is 10°. The cross-sections of the main load-bearing elements are plate.

Administration building with a library

The main topic of this thesis is the detailed design of new building in a secluded state administration buildings with a flat roof single shell. The building has two floors and no basement. Structural system used is brick. Vertical structures are made of Porotherm system and horizontal structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The load is transferred to the monolithic strip foundation.

The block of flats with trade gallery

Content of the Diploma thesis is the design documentation a block of flats with trade gallery in Tábor. The design documentation and annexes of diploma thesis are elaborated according to present valid laws, goverment´s restrictions and standards. This object is located on plot no. 1457/33 and 1457/1 cadastre unit Tábor. The building is situated in area designated to housing development. Next to the land are there public infrastructure. The apartment building is divided into 20 flats including one accessible flat and café for 60 customers and max 5 employees. Flats are located from second floor except accessible flat, which is in grounfloor. In grounfloor is common storage area and utility room. Building has four (above-ground) floor. Object is dimensioned 31,7 x 25,2 m and high 13,6 m.The object is builded on finished grade. Load-bearing structural systém is from hollow bricks. Building has flat roof and whole object is thermal insulated.

The hermit colony

This construction programme deals with a hermit colony located in the western part of the Vysočina Region. This hermit colony has been established to provide accommodation for women living in this area permanently while offering an opportunity of occasional relaxation for people who are living hectic lives in urban environment. The aim of my project is to design the remaining parts of the colony, i.e. two hermitages and the community’s chapel. A hermitage is a one-storey building intended for one person only. The load-bearing walls of the individual hermitages are designed to be built from different materials (wooden and masonry constructions) whereas the elevational structures of all the buildings are to be the same. The chapel’s wall system combines stone and wood. The chapel will serve solely the purposes of the community. The main objective of my project is to respect and maintain the natural features of the landscape to the maximum extent possible.

Polyfunctional house

Content of my thesis is structural and proces layout design of new building of multi-purpose building situated in Brandýs nad Labem city. Building is cellarless consisting of five above-ground storey, covered by one layered flat roof cladding. This object is devided to two parts. First of them is defined for public and includes café, commercial premises and office and second part of building includes eleven flats. One parking place belongs to each flat. Object is designed based on POROTHERM constructive system. Bottom is designed as concrete continuous footing and reinforced continuous footing. Part of bottoms is separate footing made of concrete.

Apartment Building

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction or for the issuance of a building permit referred to in § 108 paragraph 1 of the Building Act for an apartment building in the cadastral area of Jistebnice. The building is located on the outskirts of the city in a built-up area on a slightly sloping plot number 234. It is a new building in the area. Where there are no apartment buildings yet, but the plot is intended for this use. The building is designed as a basement apartment building with 4 floors above ground and one underground floor, in which there are a total of 11 apartments. There are always 3 flats on the first three floors, and there are two flats on the fourth. Three apartments are smaller for couples and starting families, the rest are designed as for families of 3 to 4 members. A parking lot with one parking space for each apartment has been built on the plot. The construction system of the building is a wall, made of PORTHERM ceramic blocks. The ceilings are reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is single-skinned above the living space, double-skinned above the staircase.

Rodinný dům stavebnicového systému STEKO

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the creation of a single-storey house for a family with two children from the STEKO building system. The building will be roofed with a classic saddle roof, which allows to use the underground space for residential purposes. The non-detached family house is situated on a common flat land. Garage is not part of the house layout. An inseparable part of the thesis is the design of six variants of the built-up area. Depending on the chosen variant of the layout and spatial solution, a drawing part with a technical description is created in the text part of the thesis. Circuits of the envelope are documented by calculations of the heat transfer coefficients of the building envelope structures and at the end of the work the approximate cost of realization of the designed family house is determined. Návrh stavby pro cestovní ruch a stravování

The subject of the thesis is to create a design of a boarding house from a wooden skeleton structure. The building is covered with a flat roof. The non-cellared guest house is situated on a common plot. The building has three floors. On the 1st floor there is a restaurant with a kitchen on the left and a social background for guests and employees in the right part. The second floor is dedicated to eight guest rooms, two of which are for disabled guests, the total capacity is 14 guests. The last floor is designed as an administrator's apartment. The output of this work is drawing documentation and basic technical calculations, especially static calculation of skeletal structure and fire safety solution. The heat transfer coefficient of the structures is calculated for the envelope structure. Finally, the approximate price of the building is determined. Residential building

Main objective of my bachelor’s thesis is elaborating design documentation for performs of structures for apartment building in cadastre unit town of Velká Bíteš with almost zero consumtion. Object is located on the edge of the town in built-up area designated for living in apartment houses, on quiet flat plot number 2051. Apartment house is located on the edge of the plot and no its volume does not disrupt original charakter surrounding buildings. Object is designed like apartment house with a cellar and 3 above-ground floor containing 8 apartment units. Ground floor contains 2 apartment units and the other two floor contains 3 apartment units in each floor. 7 apartment units are designated for 3 to 4 members of families, 1 apartment unit in ground floor is designated like a accessible flat. To ensure parking space for transport is necessary to built a parking place, pedestrian walkway and space for waste storage. Structural system is wall and masonry system made from clay bricks HELUZ. Ceilings solved in the same construction system like a ¨put together¨ceilings HELUZ MIAKO with addition reinfored concrete slab in area of cantilever balcony slab and area of stairs. Roof is designed like a warm flat roof.
