The Diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the risks that may arise in international trading. The aim of this work is on the basic of the identified analyses to design appropriate measures to eliminace the risk. In the theoretical part are described theoretical insights on international trading and concepts from the field of risk management. In the practical part comes to the performance of the enterprise and business areas. Furthermore, here we find assessment of the current situation of the company, containing an analysis of the external and internal enviroment. The results will be drawn up a risk analysis method RIPRANTN. The last part of the diploma thesis is a proposal for measures to eliminace risk.
Feasibility Study of the Foreign Market Expansion of the Selected Company

The main goal for this diplomatic field is to study the expansion achievement of a particular company breaking into the international market. First part of this study consists theoretical solutions which targets strategies of the best way to enter a new market in Austria. In this particular analysis it is covered a research on local and outlying regions. And this study covers the possibility of entering this market and consider the viability of expansion that may enhance it's growth and profitability. There are strategies put in place in this study that will outline the expenses of marketing and other solutions. It is vital to perform this study to assure that such business is not only going to be successful but also to perform at it's highest level.

This thesis deals with the expansion of the sugar product to the European Union market. The aim of this work is to recommend a suitable expansion strategy, analyze the selected market and evaluate the market potential for the entry of the selected company. We will focus on the survey of the Hungarian market, which is currently interesting for the company, we will examine the issue and then analyze it. In conclusion, we will find out whether it is worth entering this market and quantify the possible first steps. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the possibilities of entering the European Union market are selected. In the analytical part we‘ve analyzed the selected market and at the end of the work is proposed a strategy for entry.
