Tato diplomová práce se zabývá expanzí produktu cukr na trh Evropské unie. Cílem práce je doporučit vhodnou strategii expanze, analyzovat vybraný trh a zhodnotit potenciál trhu pro vstup vybrané společnosti. Zaměříme se na průzkum maďarského trhu, který je pro firmu momentálně zajímavý, budeme zkoumat problematiku a následně ji analyzovat. V závěru zjistíme, jestli se na tento trh vyplatí s tímto produktem vstoupit a vyčíslíme možné první kroky. V teoretické části práce jsou vybrány možnosti vstupu na trh Evropské unie, dále představujeme vybranou společnost. V analytické části bude provedena analýza vybraného trhu a na závěr práce je navrhnuta strategie pro vstup. This thesis deals with the expansion of the sugar product to the European Union market. The aim of this work is to recommend a suitable expansion strategy, analyze the selected market and evaluate the market potential for the entry of the selected company. We will focus on the survey of the Hungarian market, which is currently interesting for the company, we will examine the issue and then analyze it. In conclusion, we will find out whether it is worth entering this market and quantify the possible first steps. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the possibilities of entering the European Union market are selected. In the analytical part we‘ve analyzed the selected market and at the end of the work is proposed a strategy for entry.
