Activation Activities and Therapies in the Nursing Homes with Special Regime

The Bachelor's work focuses on providing activation activities and therapies in nursing homes with a special regimen. The aim of Bachelor's thesis is to map out the provision of activation activities and therapies to users at home with a special regimen. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical section is divided into two main chapters and nine sub-chapters. The first chapter defines the main terms from a home environment with a special regimen - target group, workers of a home with a special regimen and their education, activism activities and individual planning. The second chapter of the theoretical section explains the activism activities and therapies which are provided the most at homes with a specific regimen. The qualitative research, questioning method and semi-structured interview technique are used to collect data for the practical part. The HVO survey question has been determined: How activation activities and therapy are provided at home with a special regimen. In addition, there are determined two sub-research questions DVO1: What is the education of workers who providing activation activities and therapy at home with a special regimen? DVO2: How do homes with a special regimen co-operate with special educators? The research was realized during the month of February and March 2020 at homes with a special regimen in the South Bohemia. The results follow that activation activities and therapies at homes with a special regimen in the South Bohemia are provided in a broad range, individual and group forms. The workers who procure the activation continuously supplement their education and they educate in new areas. The results of the bachelor's thesis are useful for students of selected fields, for workers who providing activation activities and therapies at homes with specific regimen and as feedback for the facilities where the research is realized.
Formal Caregivers in Retirement Homes and Their Role in Fulfilling Wishes of the Elderly

The bachelor thesis focuses on formal caregivers in retirement homes and their role in fulfilling the wishes of the elderly. It describes the system of individual planning and presents its concrete form on the example of a home for the elderly established by the Central Bohemia Region. The case study uses semi-structured interviews with seven formal caregivers of the retirement home and an internal methodology of individual planning. The work captures the attitudes of the caregivers towards individual planning and the ways in which they deal with this task. The analysis demonstrates the importance of collaboration between the home's staff and the role of the individual planning coordinator in managing key workers. Carers' attitudes to individual planning can be classified on a spectrum of subjective rejection/acceptance. This rejection/acceptance is related to perceptions of the benefits and appropriateness of the current form of individual planning. The main problems faced by formal caregivers in individual planning are identified. These include lack of clarity about individual planning and a lack of understanding of its importance not only by caregivers but also by the clients. Music Therapy and Children with Autism Abstract The thesis entitled Music Therapy and Children with Autism deals with the characteristics of childhood autism and introduces music therapy as one of the possible forms of therapies, by means of which the development of children with autism can be positively influenced. The objective of the thesis is to record and organize theoretical knowledge regarding therapeutic effect of music on children with autism. The practical, empiric, part of the thesis aims to analyze the impact of music therapy on the development of pupils of special elementary schools, primarily in the area of communication. Three demonstrations of music therapy lessons applied within the process of the target group therapy are included as well as case studies of pupils with autism, individual therapy plans and their evaluation. Importance of individual planning and its influence on activation in homes for elderly people

The thesis called 'Individual planning and its effect on activation in retirement homes' is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part discusses the old age and the changes and problems that can accompany it. Further it deals with senior people's needs and the basic principles of communication with elderly people. The second chapter focuses on retirement homes as a social service. The third chapter describes the importance and the process of individual planning. The last chapter of the theoretical part contains information about activating people in retirement homes, its possibilities and importance. The practical part shows the use of individual plans and biographical sheets of retirement homes' clients in practice. It contains case histories of senior citizens and examples of documentation. The aim of the work is to link the theory with practical findings, to describe the importance of individual planning and its connection to all the elements of care, and to describe the positive effects of activation and individual approach in working with elderly people. Difficulties arising from individual planning in a particular old people's home

This diploma thesis analyzes the current situation of the individual planning of social services in a particular home for the elderly. It attempts to focus on uncovering the causes of partial failures in the individual planning process from the perspective of key employees. Therefore, the main research question of this diploma thesis is: "What are the problematic aspects of individual planning in a particular home for the elderly?" The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on the legislative basis for the social services, including a definition of home services for the elderly, quality of social services, principles and specifics of individual planning with the elderly, and the role of the key employee in the system of individual planning during the provision of social services. In the introduction of the empirical part, the choice of qualitative research strategy has been justified where the technique of collecting data was described, units of the research were defined, the main research question was operationalized, and the research organization was described. Individualization in pre-school and elementary education

The diploma thesis "Individualization in Preschool and Elementary Education" deals with an individualized education of preschoolers and children at the primary school stage. It is a case study with direct observation, interviews and studying the relevant documents qualitatively examines in detail the individualization in a particular educational institution in order to gain insight into its real individualized learning using representative sample to clarify its meaning. The thesis has both theoretical and practical forms and is aimed at studying the possibility of the individualized learning. It analyzes a specific way of teachers' pedagogical work with preschool children and school children in primary education. In my master thesis I consider the individual planning agenda within low-threshold clubs for children and young people. Within my thesis I focus on determination of the terms "individual planning" and "low-threshold club for children and young people" especially I am focused on "Nízkoprahový klub Husita" low-threshold club. The nature of my thesis is theoretical - researching and its main goal is to increase the quality of individual planning agenda in NPK Husita. The practical part of my work is focused on analysing individual plans made in 2019, pointing out the difference between them according to the age of the person making the plan, their topics, style and setting the targets of the plans according to the individual planning agenda.

The bachelor thesis called "Individual Planning from the Client's Point of View of the Shelter House NADĚJE Praha - Vršovice" deals with clients who are accommodated in the Shelter House NADĚJE Praha - Vršovice and who, during their stay here, participate in the forming of their individual plans. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to learn the opinions of the clients of the House NADĚJE in Praha - Vršovice on the benefits of the individual planning within the framework of the social prevention service provided in this shelter house, and to discuss other questions concerning the process of individual planning and its possible changes. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical, part deals with the general terminology and the description of the social prevention services.
