Diploma thesis is dedicate to plan project which task is to improve communication on high school while it is going to use project and change management. The theoretical part is about basic knowledge of project and change management. Analysis of current state is done primarly with strategic analysis. Practical part include Logical Framework approach, risk analysis, budget etc. In this part we also choose and implement chosen IT solution. Benefits of the project and project itself is summarized at the end of thesis.

Implementing appropriate method for the informatics support of the sales representatives team

The master thesis is focused on the implementation of data management tool and the tool for customer relationship management to the team of sales representatives. The goal is to define requirements for these tools, their selection was based on defined requirements, implementations and customization for the needs of the sales representatives team. The master thesis is divided into two main areas, theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the description of social groups, work groups, teams and gamification. In the theoretical part is generally described the issue of groupware applications, explaining topic of the cloud computing and finally the theory of systems for customer relationship management. The practical part focuses on the description of the team of sales representatives and defining requirements to improve informatics support for their activities. After that, market is analyzed in the area of data management tools and tools for customer relationship management. Then selected systems are implemented and configured to comply the team of sales representatives. The main outcomes of the master thesis are implemented two systems, one for data management and one for customer relationship management. The work provides general description of both of these systems and detailed description of the installation. It enables the administrator actions and allows adjustments functionality. The main contribution lies in the selection, implementation, setting and description of these systems so that they can fulfill the function of the informatics support of sales representatives team.
Groupware application analysis and implementation

The main topic of this diploma thesis is the collaboration software. This thesis is mainly focused on their description followed by their implementation into the international company. All important terms for this topic are explained and defined in the theoretical part of this thesis. It is the base for the next parts where author explains the criteria for choosing the most suited collaboration tool for the particular company. After describing and comparing products the most suitable tool is implemented into the companys environment. At the end the key functionality of this collaboration tool is explained and shown on few practical examples. The goal of this thesis is to provide the theoretical fundamentals about the software collaboration tools, compare the products available and finally implement the most suited one into the environment of the international company.
Use of modern tools for teamleading support, team collaboration and knowledge sharing

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the matters of team management, team collaboration and knowledge sharing, then to analyze the real needs of the target group in those areas and to suggest a solution to this problem. In the theoretic part I define basic concepts of this thesis and delimit its needs and criteria of selection, which will be used in selection and description of a concrete tool. The practical part consists of a target group definition, a specification of its needs and a definition of criteria used for choosing the solution. The chosen solution is described afterwards.
The Analysis of the Functions of Email Services

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of the e-mail servers sold in the Czech Republic. The aim is to identify and specify the needs and expectations of users of e-mail communication system, including time management using calendars, events and tasks, contact maintenance and other e-mail system functions related to teamwork and communication. Based on these needs, the work analyses selected solutions and recommends suitable solutions for different business needs. The benefit of this work is a detailed description of the contemporary Czech market with e-mail servers with recommendations for choosing the most appropriate ones for a model organization. It also deals with the estimated development of corporate electronic communications in the future.
Analysis of software tools to support team cooperation

This work is focused on the analysis of software tools that can support cooperation within small groups or large companies. The aim of this work is to characterize cooperation activities and describe technology, functions and principles that these tools uses. Another aims of this work are analysis of three software tools for cooperation and creating a decision tool for leaders of team projects and tasks. These objectives were achieved thanks to the knowledge of the studied materials and examination of individual tools and their functions. The benefit of this work is not only a global view of software tools for collaboration, but also creating of inspiration for future analyzes of this kind. Another benefit is creating of materials for business leadership or project manager to select and use appropriate tools and creating of material that initiate to the issues of modern technologies in the field of cooperation.
Synchronizing JavaScript object between clients and server

The thesis deals with methods of real-time data synchronization among multiple clients. The thesis focuses on methods in collaborative RIA systems running on the Internet This methods solve data transfer and conflict resolution caused by competitive clients work on one document. The introduction describes two methods: an established Operational transformation method and the new Differential synchronization method. The thesis describes the principles of both methods and their advantages and disadvantages. The aim of the work is implementing and comparison of Differential Synchronization method with Operational transformation method. These methods are compared in Node.js environment of JavaScript programming language and it is compared their performance in terms of response time and resource requirements. It's identified a problems associated with the method implementations in Node.js and it is described solutions of this problems. In the practical part thesis focus on the describing of performance data and behave of methods during measurement and refuted or confirmed the premises of methods definition assumptions. The Differential Synchronization method is extended by some parts based on the author often criticized issues of method.

Another part of this thesis is a qualitative research including information gained by interview in company ČD Cargo, where these products were used.
