Development of the Employer Brand in the Selected Company

The diploma thesis focuses on the topic of Employer Branding, where the theoretical part describes the possibilities of building a brand and improving it. The practical part contains a description of the selected company and a description of the current situation in the company. Subsequently, internal and external research of the company's brand as an employer is carried out, focusing on the Brno enterprise. According to the results of the analytical part, issues are identified and possibilities for their improvement are suggested.

The aim of thesis is to find an impact of employer branding on Slovak construction companies economic results, review perception of employer brands and subse-quently make suggestion that would lead to more attractive employer brand of STRABAG Pozemné a inžinierske staviteľtvo, s. r. o. that could improve their business strategy. The first section discusses theoretical basis of employer branding. Next section refers to empirical research, which is realized by analysis of employer brand of addressed company. This is afterwards compared with competitors. Also, there has been made a correlation analysis between EBS and performance index of construction companies, and a questionnaire among Slovak students with construction field of study, which aim is to identify important attributes of employer brand. In the last part with discussion and recommendation suggestions are discussed goals achieved by results of synthesis of particle aims and introduced a summary of recommendations.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the system of personnel management focusing on the area of recruitment of the selected company. The main aim of the thesis is to prepare proposals for changes that will contribute to improving and streamlining the functioning of the company in this field. The diploma thesis is composed of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with recruitment issues. Both Czech and foreign sources were used to process this part. The practical part analyzes the current situation in the company regarding the area of recruitment. The analysis was conducted on the basis of a controlled interview with the Personnel Department Manager. At the end of the thesis, based on this analysis, proposals and recommendations for improving and streamlining the management of the examined area are elaborated.
Human resource marketing in social enterprises

This thesis deals with the application of human resource marketing methods in social enterprises. Its aim is to find out how human resource marketing is implemented in social enterprises and what methods of internal and external human resource marketing are used by the social enterprises under study. The thesis describes the specifics of social entrepreneurship and social enterprises, individual methods of human resource marketing, phases of staff planning and distinguishes between the concepts of human resource marketing and employer branding. The empirical part uses a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire for research and is based on the experience of human resource managers with the application of human resource marketing and on the perception of its application by the employees of the enterprise. It describes the weaknesses and strengths of the methods and differences between the enterprises under study. The output is also a recommendation for human resource managers and a comparison of human resource marketing methods used in the enterprises under study with those described in professional publications.

The Bacheler Thesis is focused on a modern trend in personal marketing called Employer Branding. The ambition of the thesis is to identify and evaluate tools that companies use to build and strengthen their internal and external Employer brand. Knowledge gained in the theoretical part is implemented into practical research. Practical part analyses strategy of Employer branding in AIMTEC a. s. and includes research in form of questionnaire which leads to evaluation of success of Employer Branding activities of this company. The research also includes preferences of students in choice of their future employer. This helps to understand the students motivation for their decisions in searching an employer who presents the best option for them. The objective of the thesis is to sum up the strategy of AIMTEC in Employer branding, qualify the success of it and present new concept to strengthen the Employer brand of this company.
Employer Branding of IT companies in the Czech Republic

The aim of the master thesis is to identify and evaluate the most appropriate and effective tools to build employer brand both externally and among employees. The theoretical part is focused on a brand theory and a concept of employer branding which, based on the labor market development not only in the Czech Republic, becomes more relevant. The methodology of the thesis consists of an analysis of the relevant scientific literature and an analysis the good practice of two selected technology companies in the Czech Republic that meet defined criteria. In the practical part a questionnaire was conducted in order to explore the perception of the employer brand among the IT public. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to summarizing the theoretical and practical knowledge into a guide that provides important insights for IT start-up companies when building an employer brand.
Effective Employer Branding in the context of HR system changes in companies

This bachelor thesis deals with the application of effective Employer Branding in companies and changes of HR. The main objective is to identify and phrase main methods and principles of building an Employer Brand based on the analysis of study cases of two IT companies. Consequently, based on these outputs, the roles and competencies of HR in each sphere of the Employer Brand building process are defined. The whole thesis is connected with the context of current situation in the labour market. The terms are explained further in the theoretical part as well as the basic information about the companies. In the practical part the study cases are built up and the answers to the questions of research are formed subsequently according to the output.
Use of social media in recruitment

The bachelor thesis discusses factores influencing a labour market and provides a descriptions of social medias. Afterwards it explores social media opportunities, such as employer branding, sourcing, advertising tools and social media implementation procedure planning in accordance with a company strategy. Gathered data are compared with an emplyoment analysis, which offers a overview of a development and current situation in the company. The thesis researches the applicability of social media in the company Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace a.s. in Ostrava. Afterwards a plan is made for a utilization of social media for recruitment as well as for employer branding. In the end of the work is proposal for social media implementation in the company Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace a.s.
Application of HR Marketing in the recruitment process at GE Aviation Czech

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to define HR Marketing strategy of GE Aviation Czech company. The objective is achieved by three conducted researches among company employees, students of technical high schools and universities and also by the monitoring of GE publicity and relevant competitors. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of HR Marketing background that is subsequently used in the analytical part of the thesis. The outcome of these conducted researches is the definition of such an activities and marketing channels that can significantly contribute to increasing the efficiency of the recruitment process of the company. The defined strategy includes also basic financial allocation of costs of the proposed activities. Some of the proposed actions have been already implemented; therefore the analytical part describes and evaluates the benefit of these marketing channels.

The thesis is a case study and consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on trends and changes in leadership approach, definition of Employer Branding and HR Marketing. The practical part deals with the brand building process itself, describes the outputs of the project and evaluates the project. The final chapter is devoted to the general applicability of the Employer Branding Strategy and its weaknesses.
