The BanalFatal program in spinal cord injury prevention.

Title: The BanalFatal program in spinal cord injury prevention Objectives: The main objective of this diploma thesis is to examine the subjective impressions of participants after the completion of this program (lesson) so that it is possible to assess the emotional impact of the program and its impact on the further behavior of children. Methods: A quantitative strategy was used for the research part of the thesis. For the purposes of the research, two original questionnaires were created. 6 primary schools were contacted, in which the BanalFatal program previously took place. The questionnaire, aimed at school prevention methodologists, was filled in by all addressed school staff, but only in 4 school facilities, it was possible to interview school pupils. Thus, 6 school prevention methodologists and 164 pupils from 4 selected primary schools (Prague 11, 4, Litoměřice, Dačice) were interviewed. The questionnaire for prevention methodologists contains closed, semi-closed, and open questions. The questionnaire for pupils was created in the form of a survey and contained only closed questions. Results: All school methodologists presume that attending the BanalFatal lecture will have a certain effect on students' change in behavior during risky activities. Museum educational programmes for National Pedagogical Museum of J. A. Comenius in Prague

The main aim of the Diploma Theses is to prepare, verify in practice and evaluate museum educational programme for pupils from 12 to 18 (junior schools and secondary schools) which is devoted to the changes in schooling in 20th century. The aim is to introduce to pupils historical facts by the means of three educational programmes and interactive elements in the exhibition. Pupils work with topics covering World War II, 50s and so called normalization period. Throughout the educational process they will use period realia from the above mentioned periods, such as schoolbooks, educational boards and educational aids from the collection of Comenius National Pedagogical Museum and Library in Prague. Education in a Regional Gallery as a Part of Education in Primary School Pupils

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of gallery and museum educating. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical ones. The theoretical part, which is defined on the basis of the processing of professional resources, focuses on the connection of gallery and museum educating with the curricular documents of primary schools. A substantial part is devoted to the benefits of a three-phase educational model. Emphasis is then placed on the constructivist approach in teaching and the discursive field of art and its application in teaching. The practical part focuses on the verification of the three-phase model in practice. The results of the work are proposals and implementations of two educational programs and their interconnection with the expected outcomes according to the Framework Educational Program. The educational programs were realized in the regional gallery and museum with children from the 1st and 3rd year of a primary school.

The diploma thesis contains a brief overview of the historical development of the Holy Spirit Cathedral in Hradec Králové. In a rough outline discusses the historical, religious and cultural wealth created by several generations of our ancestors over the course of seven centuries. The diploma thesis contains a proposal of an educational program in the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit. The program is designed primarily for secondary school students. Considering the uniqueness of the place and its rich potential is there mentioned not only the uniqueness the history and architecture, but also the work of some important personalities of local social and religious life. An integral part of the educational program is the brief history of the church, its development and hierarchy. The contribution of Christianity to the education of the nation is not forgotten either. In this context the program leads to a closer knowledge of the cathedral and the life around it, and helps students overcome prejudices against Christianity ant the Church. Annotation: The diploma thesis analyzes level of quality of gallery educating systems in educational institutions. It focuses on city of Kutná Hora and Gallery of the Central Bohemia Region. In its theoretical part it focuses on characterization of gallery educating systém and shows that musems and galleries can offer educative activities of great value. It describes its origins and tradition in the Czech Republic. It describes its methods and goals, characters of educators, their role in educating programs. It focuses on how it works as part of curricular documents and describes how space can affect quality of educational process. The second part introduces Gallery of the Central Bohemia Region Kutná Hora and its center for education LC GASK, its goals and visions of. It describes what activities LC GASK offers and not only for schools. The third part describes experience from three points of view. The first point of view is of child participating in the educational programs, the child was actually the author of the diploma thesis. Creating of an educational program of dental hygiene at DVD for pupils in the first grade of secondary school

The aim of the thesis was to create an educational software with the use of DVD player. This DVD is supposed to influence the level of secondary school pupils' awareness about dental hygiene in a positive way. Furthermore, it should increase the students' motivation in taking regular care of their oral cavities. This should be helpful to persist not only their healthy denture but also their overall health. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the anatomy of the oral cavity, particularly on the tooth construction and types of teeth. Next, the issue of dental caries and their resemblance in other more serious dental diseases, such as gingivitis or paradontitis, is presented. The attention is paid to both mechanical and chemical tools for cleaning teeth which are the cornerstones of taking proper care about the oral cavity. Second part of the thesis is practical. It is based on evaluation two tests about children's knowledge of the oral cavity and dental hygiene in general. First test was given to the children before presenting the educational software to them and the second one afterwards. Thanks to this approach it was possible to evaluate the progress the children made and subsequently the effectivity of the educational software.

The essay explains the methods of education in leisure activities in terms of educational objectives. In practical part of the essay the author uses his own experience in organizing the gallery education in leisure activities. He describes his project, realization and evaluation of the educational programme.
