The thesis deals with the research of satisfaction and motivation of employees in chosen companies. In the theoretical part, main terms will be explained which are related to this issues. In the practical part, the satisfaction of employees with the current motivation system is being found out with the help of business material analysis from the view of motivational politics, dialogues with representatives of particular positions and questioning. The result of the thesis is an output in the form of suggestions and recommendations that lead to the increase of satisfaction and motivation, there by increasing productivity of the employees.
Analysis of Customer Satisfaction and Suggested Measures for Its Improvement

The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyze customer`s satisfaction of football club 1.FC Slovácko. The theoretical part is focused on the way of the customer satisfaction analysis, marketing research and connected notions. The partical part is processed and analyzed the results obtained from the questionnaire, proposals to raise the level of customer satisfaction and quality of services provided.
The Marketing Mix Proposal in the Company

The diploma thesis deals with marketing mix of football club FC Zbrojovka Brno. Thesis contains four main chapters. The first chapter gives a definitions of basic theoretical terms in general view of marketing. The main aim of the second chapter is to analyse football club itself on the basis of gained theory knowledge and market research. The most important chapter is the third, which describes suggestions of changes and steps to improve current marketing mix of the club. The last chapter pays attention to economic evaluation of suggested changes.

This diploma thesis focuses on creation of suitable communication strategy for the TOPNET Services s.r.o. company. First part of this thesis describes the theory related to this issue. The following analytical part at first introduces the targeted company. Secondly it analysis marketing mix and marketing environment, and evaluates marketing research. In conclusion this thesis presents proposed communication strategy, that should lead to more effective way of addressing customers of the company.

Master thesis is focused on research of customers satisfaction of language school called TOP School. The first part defines objectives of the work. Further more there are processed theoretical basis and also there are described methods, which will be used in analysis of satisfaction of customers. In following part there is a description of current state of the company and also marketing research, which is based on questionnaires. On the base of obtained information there are created proposals, which will lead to higher customers satisfaction.
Utilization of Modern Communication Tools in Tourism

This master thesis deals with the use of modern communication tools in tourism. The main objective is to analyze modern communication tools used by tour operators/ travel agencies to approach the potential clients and to suggest the measures of their effective usage and a proposal of marketing communications for the chosen tour operator. The results could contribute to the proposals of the usage of modern communication tools in practice. A primary questionnaire survey among the receivers of touristic services was used for this purpose, which was compared to the results of tour operators and travel agencies.

The diploma thesis examines HC Kometa Brno customer's contentment. The aim of the thesis is to suggest a solution by means of realization of my personal research and marketing research. The practical part deals with the analysis of the HC Kometa Brno club's environment and surroundings. The data were obtained through a questionnnaire marketing research. The conclusion of the thesis consists of suggestions for the improvement of the customer's contentment standard.
