The Evaluation of the Investment Project

The subject of the diploma thesis is the evaluation of a selected investment project of the company. The first part defines the theoretical basis, which describes the investments, financial analysis, investment evaluation methods, and risks, which form the basis for the processing of the analytical part. The second part deals with the basic financial analysis of the company in order to evaluate the financial condition of the company. Furthermore, the investment project itself is evaluated, where also risks are determined, from the perspective of cash flows and the implementation of the project. Finally, based on the performed analyses, the investment opportunity and its weaknesses are comprehensively evaluated, through which is recommended the implementation or rejection of the investment plan.
Financial and Economic Feasibility of Investment Carried out by Privat Investor

The subject of the thesis is a economic and financial feasibility of investment carried out by private investor. In the theoretical part, I deal with the private sector, investments, life cycle of a project, feasibility study and risks in pre-investment phase. Then I evaluate economic and financial aspects of project. In the practical section I evaluate the project in terms of economic and financial feasibility. I compare multiple project financing options. The result is finding out the best way to fund the project.

The subject of the master’s thesis is a economic and financial evaluation of leisure time activities project. In the theoretical part, I deal with public sector, life cycle of a project, feasibilty study and cost methods. In the practical section I evaluate the project in therms of economic and financial feasibility. I compare multiple project options. I compare the results of my findings and I am trying to find out the best variant.

The subject of my thesis work is the solution for thermal insulation of the house and price analysis. The theoretical part will deal with the issue of prices, costs, costing, financing and construction materials that will bring cost savings on top. In the practical part, directly focus on the family house in the village Svárov. If we analyze the cost of fuel at present and suggest solutions that can reduce these costs. Next, calculate the payback time, according to the type of financing and amount of state subsidies from the Green Savings Fund.

This diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of efficiency and risks of project revitalization of production facilities. The core of the thesis is: a characterization of investment projects and their cycles, general approaches to economic evaluation of private projects, a description of general approaches to risk analysis of private projects. The last part of the thesis is created as a case study which is focused on an evaluation of efficiency and coordinating risks of a private investment project.
Assessment of the economic efficiency of low-energy and passive house

The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess the economic efficiency of alow-energy and passive construction. This paper presents problems of lowenergy and passive construction, their individual characteristics, classification, construction materials, evaluation methods and opportunities for economic assessment due to the investment costs of implementation objects. The main practical part focuses on comparing the investment and operating costs for the construction of a standard, low-energy and passive house. Together with this are processed simple labels building. The out come of this diploma thesis is the calculation of returnability increased by the initial investment in the construction of a standard, low-energy and passive house.
The return on investment associated with construction of a residential building in cities of Luhačovice and Brno

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the investment of apartment house and decide whether to sell or rent its housing units. The investment will be assessed in two different locales, Luhačovice and Brno-Žabovřesky. The issue is solved by comparison of market value, determined by three basic approaches of market valuation, the market value based on income approach and investment costs. The market value of housing units is the result of a weighted avarage method cost, comparative and income approach. The market value based on income approach is determined from net operating income, capitalization rate and the trend growth / decrease. Investment costs are based on the detailed budget. The results are analyzed in selected methods of financial planning such as net present value, internal rate of return and payback period. Part of the calculation of the financial planning are cash flows that are adjusted by projected annual growth trend.

The thesis deals with public investment project. The thesis first describes, what are the sources of investments, cash flows and investment evaluation methodes of investment efficiency. Further, the thesis is focused on project Urban swimming pools in Luhačovice. It is mainly about the history, construction and operation of swimming pools. Finally, it assessed the efficiency of the project in program eCBA.

The aim of the thesis is using methods intended to detect and analyse the economic efficiency of investment which the company plans to implement. In the practical part I will introduce selected company where I will focus more to the evaluation of the past and present. I will formulate the financial and strategic analysis, analysis of the external environment SLEPTE and the five forces analysis by Porter. All these analysis will provide data for SWOT analysis completion. In proposals, I will mention the investment plan of the company, describe in detail the characteristics and reasons for the company's decision to implement it. I will calculate the net present value using the discounted capital expenditure and receipts, then further profitability index, payback period and internal rate of return will be calculated.
Utilization of solar technology in a family house and efficiency of this investment

This Bachelor thesis deals with the theme of solar technologies usable in a family house. The thesis includes a compilation of legislative conditions, technical possibilities and an outline of potential development in the field of solar technologies. Another part of the thesis is an economic assessment of possible investment in an alternative source of energy and a final recommendation of the investment decision.
