Employment of persons with disabilities

The subject of this Master's Thesis is to present some legal aspects of employment of persons with disabilities. This thesis deals with the subject particularly with respect to national policy of employment and individual labour-law relations. The largest part of text is devoted to the efforts of the state to reach higher employment rate of persons with disabilities and to compensate their inherent handicaps. This thesis is divided into seven thematic parts. The introduction is followed by part that defines basic terms of employment of people with disabilities which are not legally defined. The issue concerns the terms which are regularly mistaken in common conversation such as disability and handicap. The third part contains an overview of the most important documents, of significant international organizations, which contain the definition of persons with disabilities. These most significant international organizations are the International Labour Organisation, the World Health Organization, the United Nations, the Council of Europe and the European Union. The fourth part contains the definitions of person with disabilities according to five acts of Czech legislation. Title of diploma thesis: Chaining of the musculoskeletal disorders from various viewpoints in physiotherapy Objective: The purpose of this thesis is to research available literary sources concerning the meaning of the term chaining of the musculoskeletal disorders in the field of physiotherapy and describing possible mechanisms of this phenomena. In addition, the thesis researchs literary resources showing demonstrations of various concepts and authors that work with this topic, inculding examples of various chains. Methods: This diploma thesis has descriptively-analytical character. It is structured in the form of literary research. Results: On the basis of the researched literary sources, the thesis explains the meaning of the term chaining of musculoskeletal disorders in physiotherapy. Based on the meaning, we showed various possible mechanisms of this phenomena. Subsequently, we found various demonstrations of works of various concepts and authors in this field including examples of various chain structures. Zdeňka Michalová Psychologické aspekty individualizace přístupu k žákům se specifickými poruchami učení Individualization of Approach to Learnes with Specific Learning Disabilities and It's Psychological Aspects Annotation This thesis deals with theoretical and practical knowledge and skills of teachers in primary schools for specific learning disabilities. It focuses mainly on mapping the level of teachers' approach to integrated learners with this disorder. It is trying to grasp the extent to which teachers meet the psychological aspects of individual approach to these learners in inclusive environment of a primary school compared with integrated learners with other disabilities. The theoretical part summarises basic information on education, integration and education system in the Czech Republic. It deals with specific learning disabilities and attempts to apply the findings from positive psychology on individual approach to individuals with SLD. The empirical part analyses and compares the quantitative survey of knowledge level of teachers at lower and higher levels of primary schools about SLD. Movement disorders in beach volleyball players

Title: Movement disorders of beachvolleyball players. Objectives: In this bachelor's thesis, the aim is to analyze movement disorders in the area of the shoulder girdle and to confirm the hypotheses about unilateral loading in favor of the dominant limb. Methods: The chosen method is the functional muscle test for testing muscle strength and for shortened muscles, according to Janda, specifically focused on the shoulder girdle. Based on the chosen method, the results in the given movements of the shoulder joint and scapula were analyzed. Results: Testing was recorded in tables created in Excel, which contained all movement actions in the shoulder girdle test and the degrees by which the dominant and non- dominant limb were assessed. The final table summarizes all the testing from the previous tables and a comparison of movement between the dominant and non- dominant limb. Based on the final evaluation, a brief proposal of compensatory exercises was created, focused on the analyzed movement disorders and imbalances. The Integration of Children with ADHD in the Education System

This bachelor's thesis is especially about educational opportunities of children with AD(H)D in the Czech schools. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is based on my experience with these children. The main target of this thesis is compiled on the basis of case reports and observations to map the behavior of children in the school environment and the education.
