This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of the example of the textbook for specific learning block for the subject, Fictional Company, included in the teaching of economically oriented secondary and vocational schools. Bachelor thesis is di-vided into theoretical and practical parts. The objective of the theoretical part is a description of the history, evolution and significance of this subject, description and comparison of theoretical opinions and suggestions for the creation of textbooks, focusing on the main principles for their creation. The method used for the elaboration of this part is the study of professional literary sources, the creation of extracts and their analysis, comparison and synthesis. The practical part aims to create an example of a learning text supplemented with worksheets for a selected topic within the teaching of the subject, Fictional Company, including a proposal of a methodological recommendation for teachers. This text will be included in the annex of bachelor thesis. The Textbook will be developed according to the didactic principles that relate to the solved issue. The diploma thesis deals with teaching geometry at the basic school - what is the position of geometry in comparison with mathematics and other school subjects at present day? The thesis describes didactic teaching principles of geometry, its methods and work forms. It deals with the teacher's attitude to its teaching. Research is divided into two parts. In the first part it deals with detecting relations and teacher's attitudes to geometry. It explores possible influence to positive or negative attitude to it, and how these impulses influence theirs todays attitude to geometry as a school subject. The second part of the project detects positive or negative influence of teacher's attitude to geometry on pupil's results from this subject. It deals with particular data from worksheets which were done by pupils from the 5th class and compares them with answers of theirs teachers in the questionaire about popularity of teaching of geometry. The assumption is that the results of pupils who are led by the teacher with positive attitude to geometry will be better than the results of pupils who are taught by the teacher with negative attitude to the geometry. This bachelor's thesis handles the topic of creation of training aids that are meant for secondary school students of upholstery. The main aim of the theoretical part is to define the training aid, its creation and application in the teaching process. The quality of the lessons should be improved through using this training aid, especially with the use of teaching principles. Methods that will be used in the theoretical part are primarily the study of the specialized/technical literature and its subsequent analysis, synthesis and comparison. The practical part will be concerning the training aid's creation itself. The importance of this aid, which will be used during upholsterer's practical training courses, will especially be better clarity of the training and above it its tangible form, which the students would be able to try on their own. The training aid will develop students' skills, knowledge and abilities. They will be able to master the technical terminology. This work will be docu-mented on photographs. When the training aid is made, it should help teachers with the application of the recent curriculum as well as to students with under-standing of the subject. Bachelor's thesis discusses the importance of training aids in the final part.

Prenatal diagnostics of cystic fibrosis and diseases associated with trinucleotide expansions - teaching at secondary schools

Cystic fibrosis and diseases associated with trinucleotide expansions are serious hereditary disease that serves in my Diploma thesis as role models suitable for teaching interesting topics of human genetics at secondary schools. By using appropriate methods of prenatal genetic treatment, it is possible to make a diagnosis of the developing fetus and to determine a corresponding prognosis in next prenatal and postnatal development in families at risk. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the content analysis of biology schoolbooks for secondary schools and to the preparation of a prototype class of genetics at secondary schools. The aim of the content analysis of biology schoolbooks for secondary schools is the evaluation of various textbooks according to several preselected criteria. The aim of the presentation of the proposed prototype class was to determine, based on the responses obtained from the questionnaires, whether pupils of higher grades of secondary schools are interested in the subject matter of genetics, to find out what engaged their attention the most during the lessons or what they did not understand and what they considered as difficult. This work deals with an overview of teaching methods and forms of teaching and their application in teaching vocational subjects, and specifically the teaching of 3D CAD / CAM software at SPSS and JS Kolín.. The theoretical part deals with the description and importance of teaching vocational subjects at high schools and associated teaching principles. The practical part is devoted to a brief history of CAD / CAM software, study fields and subjects in which it is taught, it compares the reality of teaching formulated in SEP with actual reality.

MASTER THESIS TITLE: Didactic principles of John Amos Comenius and their application in today's teaching of German language AUTHOR: Stanislava Černá DEPARTMENT: Department of Germanics SUPERVISOR: PaedDr. Dagmar Švermová This master thesis is focused on the personality of meaningful Czech thinker J. A. Comenius and his didactical principles, many of which are nowadays still relevant. The most emphasized principles are activity, motivation and student's perception with the use of all senses. The last mentioned principle can be ensured by the activity-oriented teaching; student can be motivated and exacerbated by problem-oriented or project teaching. Theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the definition of principles, understanding of the activity principle before and today, its use in the foreign language teaching and the definition of aims and key competencies. Following practical part describes realization of two projects where was validated that inclusion of projects into German language teaching is suitable motivating and exacerbating means in case the aims and methods are selected appropriately. Specifics of Senior Citizen Education and Possible Approaches in Their Education Process

Bachelor thesis Specifics of Senior Citizen Education and Possible Approaches in Their Education Process is concerned with the education of seniors and possible approaches in their activation. The aim is to provide a comprehensive view of education of seniors in the broader context of a naturally talk about aging and old age as a part of our lives. It deals with definition of terms relating to the issue of seniors, summarizes approaches to education in the past and presents contemporary trends. It refers to the fact anchoring requirement seniors' education in Czech and international documents and describes the specifics that senior education entails. In the end of one of the largest organizations in Prague (Life 90), which offers seniors active leisure. The practical part is focused on qualitative research case studies treating the elderly who attend the Day care centers in Life 90 interview with the head of this center. Case reports represent an incentive for older persons themselves to education and an interview with a senior center closer to the action manager, which provides educational activities for seniors and they are in daily contact.
