Integrating child with ADHD into regular nursery school
DEVETTEROVÁ, Marta
The theme of this work deals with the intergration of children with ADHD into mainstream nursery schools. The main aim of this work involves the observation of a boy with ADHD; his behaviour at pre-school, the types of relationships he develops with his contemporaries, how he engages in group activities and how all of these things changed over the course of a year. The theoretical part of my work details causes, outbursts, investigations, medical and educational measures towards ADHD and relaxation. Although explanations and characteristics from Franz Kett's pedagogy are very suitable while working with pre-school children, his work, unfortunately, is scarcely used in Czech nursery schools. The practical part describes my output, which was inspired by Franz Kett's methodology and details the boy's behaviour during individual sessions within the school year at the nursery school. Apart from the aforementioned observations of the boy, the conclusion also contains communications with his mother and tutors. These results are presented in the conclusion.
Effect of Job Style and also helping Worker Manner at another Live and People behaviour
FLÍDROVÁ, Jana
This thesis talks about different ways of dealing with people who find themselves in unfavourable social situations. It shows, based on casuistic cases and examples, the importance of a loving approach to the client. It describes particular ways of work with people who seem to be optimal from theoretical and practical point of view. It examines a conversation with a client in more detail. It tries to find an internal source of positive adjustment of the helping worker towards people. This adjustment is found not in set rules and instrumental method, but in a Christian approach to the person. A person, as an image of God is my fellowman and I am responsible for him/her. The source of a loving and optimistic approach to people comes from Christian culture, solidarity and respect for people, which is included in the Gospels. Christian approach to people is very much needed and should be part of social work within the middle of Europe.

This bachelor work describes Dialogical Personalism itself, its integration into philosophy and consecutive development primarily when it comes to the world´s author such as Franz Rosenzweig, Ferdinand Ebner, Martin Buber a Emmanuel Lévinas and also the Czech author scene which is represented by Karel Vrána, Jolana Poláková or Milan Machovec. In this work I am looking more deeply into the lives of these authors and I am also analysing their magnum opus in the field of philosophical dialogue. Further I am describing here the biblical proportion of this philosophical trend. This is because, Bible is the main source from which philosophers of dialogue stem from.
