Tato práce se zabývá problémy existujících komunikačních agentů a možnostmi jejich vylepšení. Hlavní důraz je kladen na schopnosti porozumění přirozenému jazyku a modelování emocí během konverzace. Ve druhé čísti je také představena implementace založená na prezentovaných poznatcích, včetně experimentálního vyhodnocení úspěšnosti. This work deals with current chatterbot systems. It describes problems and possibilities of improvement with emphasis on natural language processing and emotion modeling during conversation. There is an implementation, based on the described knowledge, introduced in the second part of the thesis, also with experimental success rate evaluation.
