Concept design of a Long-Range Car
Baka, Michal ; Siebert, Petr (referee) ; Křenek, Ladislav (advisor)
The topic of this diploma thesis is concept design long-range car of future, using electric drive. The main goal is to solve analyzed problems, which are reflected in the conceptual design of the vehicle that meets the ergonomic, technical and visual aspects, all focused in car interior.
Modular control system wiring and small utility vehicles
Horníček, Evžen ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Polsterová, Helena (advisor)
My thesis focuses on wiring of a small car ZEBRA. I study every single part of wiring and it´s connection. The aim is to describe current condition and set up update of wiring to reach more competitive status of this car in the market. Improvement prorosal is going to include group description of wiring, it´s assembling process and monitoring of working status of this car.
Test bend for vehicle air-conditioning testing
Andrýs, Jan ; Hejčík, Jiří (referee) ; Štětina, Josef (advisor)
The aim of this work was to design test bend for vehicle air-conditioning. This test bend should simulate interior of the car and the engine compartment. Electric motor is used to drive compressor in test bend. Air supplied to test bend is modified to extreme conditions and the volume of supplied air is the same as the car drove at 50 km/h. Main frame of test bend is made from aluminium profiles manufactured by Bosch Rexroth, which provides great modularity. Walls are made from insulated panels by ELCOM System, they have very good insulation and are strong so additional equipment can be installed inside. Construction design was made is SolidWorks with 3D models of test bend as output. Air-conditong parts which were used as samples are originally from Skoda Octavia II. For this vehicle were made calculations of heat loads. In conclusion is simple testing example for this test bend and although there are some examples for future measuring.
Computational modelling of aerodynamic noise caused by the car’s side mirror
Vobejda, Radek ; Hájek, Petr (referee) ; Švancara, Pavel (advisor)
The master’sthesis deals with numerical modelling of aerodynamic noisewhich arisesinside of the carcabin. In the first part ofthe thesis simplified model of geometry of the car and of the inside acoustic pressure arecreated. After that numerical analysis of created models of geometry are doneandvarious models of turbulenceare discussed. The results of these CFD simulationswhere then used for changing the model of geometry of the wing mirror. Outputs of these simulations were used for solving the numerical analysis of noise in the car cabin.
Detection and Classification of Road Users in Aerial Imagery Based on Deep Neural Networks
Hlavoň, David ; Hradiš, Michal (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with a vehicle detector based on the convolutional neural network and scene captured by drone. Dataset is described at the beginning, because the main aim of this thesis is to create practicly usable detector. Architectures of the forward neural networks which detector was created from are described in the next chapter. Techniques for building a detector based on the naive methods and current the most successful meta architectures follow the neural network architectures. An implementation of the detector is described in the second part of this thesis. The final detector was built on meta architecture Faster R-CNN and PVA neural network on which the detector achieved score over 90 % and 45 full HD frames per seconds.
Project of service lift
Drápela, Josef ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis deal with project of service lift. The service lift is drive by special mechanism using thrust chain. The chain is led from chain accumulator over sprocket gear to vertical guiding groove. Lift car is connected to the end of chain. There are designed and described the most important constructional unit of service lift in this thesis. But the most attention is pay to drive, including break system and chain accumulator. The drive is consist of electric motor, clutch, break, planetary gearbox and sprocket gear.
IEEE 802.15.4 range measurements
Komadel, Lukáš ; Hynčica, Ondřej (referee) ; Fiedler, Petr (advisor)
In the master’s thesis IEEE 802.15.4 Range measurements I want to find out, whether atmospheric conditions have influence over the quality of communication between two ZigBee modules. I would like found the answer by long-time test, because I can’t found the proper place for the measuring, I must found the answer in the literature. In the second part of the master’s thesis I measuring, whether placing one of the module in the car have influence over the quality of communication. The module was placing in the various places in the car, on a dashboard, on a guest-passenger’s seat, in a pocket before guest-passenger and in luggage compartment. The car for the measuring was used Renaul Scénic my. 2004.
Modern Trends in Vehicle Front Lights Design
Rada, Jakub ; Maršálek, Ondřej (referee) ; Raffai, Peter (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the modern trends in the design of the headlamps. The first part presents the sequential stages of development of systems used for headlamps and their design solutions. The second part focuses on the possible cooling alternatives of functional parts in lighting modules, completed with the results of comparative laboratory tests performed by front manufacturers of automotive lighting. The final section contains a comparison of the currently most widely used technologies in the vehicle front lighting.
Chassis Electrical Systems
Slaběňák, Patrik ; Kuchyňková, Hana (referee) ; Hájek, Vítězslav (advisor)
Travelling by bus is very extended in present and safety return home is a wish of every passenger. Outcome of this bachelor work is a survey of the most used stability systems, used in cars and facilitating the work of drivers in critic situations. Among others, this work contains the survey of powers acting on a vehicle during the ride. This powers influence impending slippery road on aggravated adhesive conditions. Individual systems are described attentively and supplemented by illustrating pictures, which near this issue and facilitate the real idea of functionality. At the conclusion of this work is mentioned the theoretical suggestion for practical exercising of a subject automobile electrotechnics and also a referring is mentioned to my continuation in this dissertation.
Security of keyless systems in cars
Semančík, Matej ; Burda, Karel (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis deals with car remote keyless systems, analysis of these systems and most common attacks on these systems. It also deals with design and realisation of secure car remote keyless system, which should be resistant to said attacks, and with design and realisation of attack against existing car remote keyless system.
