Factors influencing nurse's adaptation and fluctuation

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to map the factors that affect the adaptation and fluctuation of nurses in health care. The nurses were selected from different medical facilities, with different lengths of work in healthcare. To meet the objectives - to identify the factors that affect the adaptation and fluctuation of nurses, three research questions have been identified: "What factors do affect the nurses' fluctuation?"; "What factors do influence nurses' adaptation?" And "How does the adaptation process work in health care facilities?" The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on defining the concepts of adaptation and the adaptation process. We deal with the diversity of internal and externalfactors of the employee and the preconditions for managing the adaptation process. The second part of the theoretical part is devoted to fluctuation. For many medical facilities with a shortage of nurses, their departure is a complication in providing patient care. The empirical part of the thesis is processed using a qualitative research survey technique of semi-structured interview. The research group consists of 10 nurses from various organizations or hospital departments. The results have shown that many nurses have the same or very similar factors influencing their adjustment and fluctuation. Adaptation to the team and management by the management department is the most involved in the adaptation process. The active approach of all involved is important for the successful course of the adaptation process. Thanks to it, it is possible to get acquainted with the environment and it gives confidence to the new employee. The nurses agree that they need time to adapt and appreciate management support from, for example, the nurse's mentor. Factors for leaving the job included, for example, bad experience with team, organizational changes, bossing or mobbing, as well as insufficient financial evaluation. The output of the thesis will be an article in a professional periodical for nurses. The contribution of the thesis is to reveal the reasons that will or will not support the adaptation process and fluctuation.
The Workload and Stress Resistance of High School Teachers

The bachelor thesis is focused on problems of workload and stress resistance of secondary school teachers. The theoretical part deals with the effects, causes and consequences of stress, mental health and mental hygiene techniques. In the practical part, a research survey is described in which an in-depth interview with secondary school teachers in South Bohemia and Upper Austria was used for data collection. The outcome of the practical part was to find out that in their profession teachers face problems related to the burden caused by the extensive management of the administration and the pupils' lack of interest in studying. Teachers face stress by staying in the countryside, relaxing with a book, playing sports, music and spending free time with family and friends.
Emotional consequences of achievement motivation among figure skaters in the middle school age

Title of the bachelor thesis: Emotional consequences of achievement motivation among figure skaters in the middle school age Goals: The aim of this work was to find out what are the emotional consequences of achievement motivation. Using the questionnaire method, we examined the level of self- determination of figure skaters in the age 11-12, how they perceive the sport and what are their reasons to do figure skating. We were interested in whether these reasons come more from internal or external motivation, or whether they feel amotivated about the sport activity. We were also interested in the goal orientation of figure skaters at this age, which may be more focused on the ego, ie based more on external motives, or may be more focused on the task, ie based on internal motives. Another point of our interest was the motivational climate. Motivational climate could be created by a coach and it could influence the figure skaters in other ways. Optimization of properties of 3D printed patterns for the technology of casting into ceramic shells

This thesis is focused on optimizing the 3D printed patterns used for investment casting into ceramic shells technology. The technology of hybrid investment casting and complete process of ceramic shells manufacturing is described in this thesis. During the burnout of the 3D printed pattern a problem with shell cracking arises. This problem was solved by optimizing the 3D printed pattern – the amount of pattern infill and venting the pattern cavity. The optimizations were successfully verified on the sword guard pattern.

This thesis deals with the stress, strain and stress level of stress. It examines what more burdens on JIPu sisters and what the standard department, what are the specifics of their work. Compares the work load and nursing department and the standard JIPu. It looks at how the situation affects of stress nurses. It outlines the causes and manifestations of stress effects on the human organism. He is also the burnout that often occurs among workers in the helping professions. The thesis is focused on the shift operation (especially on night shift), relationships at work (sister-sister, sister-doctor), the aggressive behavior of patients, or the lack of sufficient time for patient care. Research method is a questionnaire distributed to the nurses and the internal standard surgical wards and ICU. The evaluation questions of the questionnaire confirms or overthrows the hypothesis that I set at the beginning of research. The hypotheses were confirmed hypotheses 2 and 5 of the hypothesis was not confirmed. Selfmanagement of headmaster of art school

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of school manager's self-management in the art schools area. Thesis aim was to ascertain what the art schools' headmasters in Pilsen and South Bohemia region reckon as part of self management, what influences their self management and how is this influence displayed in their professional and personal lives. Partial aim of this work was to find out if the headmasters educate themselves in the self management area and if yes in what way. In the theoretical part the work comes out of the human resource management and working performance area. It deals with the headmasters' competences and roles, self management, time management, delegation, burnout syndrome, stress techniques and life balance. It elaborately deals with the emotional intelligence and headmaster's career stages in connection with the self management area is influenced by them.
