Constructive technological project of polyfunctional house with nursing service

Diploma thesis is focused on the constructional project of the polyfunctional house with care service in the Havířov. The object consists of three blocks that are interconnected by the central corridor. Each block has four aboveground floors and one underground floor. The project solved the time and financial plan, the broader transport relations, the construction site equipment, the main construction machines and mechanisms, the study of the implementation of the main construction stages, the technological regulation for the horizontal supporting structures and the truss roof including the control and test plan, monolithic and brick structures.

Heating of residential building with establishment

The bachelor thesis solves in the computational part design of heating and hot water in historically protected residential building in Chrudim. The theoretical part is about radiators. The building consists of two functional parts.The first part is constituted of a law office with social facilities. The second part consists of a space of an acommodation unit. This part is linked with an attic of the acommodation unit by a two-ply stairs. The heat source for this building is a gas condensing boiler. The heating surface consist of sectional radiators. Part of the work is a budget. The aim of the thesis " Heating of residential building with establishment" is to achieve heat comfort of all occupants.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with evaluation of the finance situation in students´ organization BEST Brno at Brno University of Technology. The aim of this work is to analyze earnings and expenditures, evaluate economy of the organization and propose recommendations for improvement of the organizations´ finance situation. This analysis results from theoretical background covered the first part of this works. In the second part of this study is presented analysis of earnings and expenditures and third part is focused on recommendations related to improvement of the financial situation in the students´ organization.

In my diploma thesis I am trying to explain a technical assessment from the legal, accounting, tax perspective and determine the value of technical assessment of building in CZK. The theoretical part is devoted to a description of a technical assessment and its legal rules. The practical part is focused on two specific projects: a shopping centre and a block of flats. It contains the budgets of these projects and determination of the extent of a technical assessment for individual objects.

My work contain engineering report of architectural and technological project, study of realization of the main stage, project of site equipment, design of building mechanization, time plans, technological note of floor structure, control and test plans, work safety plan, environment, budget of carcass, economic balance sheet and specialization on concrete structures.
