Bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the engineering company Motorpal Jihlava, a. s. for the years 2009-2013. The aim is to base selection calculations (indicators) of financial analysis methods that reveal weaknesses, making proposals to improve the current economic situation of the company. The source of these calculations are data from the financial statements which are freely available on the company website.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is "Financial analysis of the selected company and its impact on the region". It is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company PBS Turbo s.r.o. and its impact on the region in which it is located. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely the literature research and the actual results. In the literature research is described the concept of financial analysis. The next part of this thesis is the actual results, where the characteristics of PBS Turbo s.r.o. are first described, followed by the calculations of the individual financial analysis ratios. Furthermore, the impact of the selected company on the region is evaluated.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the evaluation of the economic situation of the company. The company is then focused on the years 2017 to 2021. The company's performance is compared both with selected competitors and with industry values. As part of the theoretical part, methods are presented, which are subsequently used in the analytical part to evaluate the economic situation of the company. In the proposal part, proposals are presented leading to the improvement of the economic situation of the company.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of TRANSBETON s. r. o. and proposals for its improvement. For the evaluation I used the financial analysis that I prepared for the years 2017-2021. In the theoretical part I described the financial analysis in general, its methods and indicators, which are then used in the analytical part. The analytical part contains the current state of the company and the execution of the analysis, ending with a SWOT analysis. At the end, own suggestions for improving the financial situation of the company are recommended.

Hodnocení finanční situace podniku a návrhy na její zlepšení

The main goal of this work is to make the financial analysis in a certain company -- the analysis should be based on the accounting from 2004 to 2008. This work is divided into two parts: the theoretical part should describe the theoretical methods used in financial analysis, such as horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of differential and ratio index figures, the analysis of cost justification and the models of the financial shortcoming prediction. The practical part deals with the calculations of particular indexes in the company, the weaknesses of the economy and the management are identified and some suggestions how to improve the situation are given.

The bachelor thesis aims to evaluate profitability of Schenker Ltd by using the financial analysis outputs. The first part of the thesis contains the theoretical basis that is important for understanding and application of financial analysis methods. In the second part, the complete financial analysis of the company is accomplished and the results are compared to the competition.
