The master thesis deals with the proposal of marketing strategy for Dixons Carphone group plc. company, which her primary business is selling consumer electronics and mobile devices. Further in this thesis are described the essential marketing tools, which are applied on analyzed company. Based on gained results from particular analysis the proposals and suggestions are made.

In my final project I decided to attend to the company Veletrhy Brno, a. s., which product, thus fairs, I investigate as a marketing tool. I performed a comparison with other instruments and analyzed the arguments of the company by exhibitors. I realized therefore a marketing research, where I was finding the reception of fairs in terms of exhibitors at exhibition PRODÍTĚ 2011. After the gathering, analyzing and processing all the information I have reached some conclusions and formulation of proposals of marketing strategy with which my graduate work will introduce you.
Identification of risks of selected business entity by using selected methods of economic and strategic analysis

The thesis deals with the analysis of the MSK Břeclav s.r.o. company, identification of particular risks of the company and subsequent optimization of its management and ensuring financial stability. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first identifies theoretical background, the second analyses the club using the organization structure analysis, SLEPT and SWOT analyses, fundamental analysis, Porter's five forces model, MCKinsey 's 7S model and RIPRAN risk analysis method. Based on the identified data, the thesis then provides proposed solutions and their benefits resulting from the performed analyses.
Cost Optimization of Activity Selected Sporting Club

The bachelor thesis deals with the description and analysis of the activities of the hockey club HC ORLI ZNOJMO, Ltd. and subsequent optimization of selected activities (the cost to operation). The work is divided into several parts. In the first part are processed theoretical bases, in the next section are describes the individual activities of sports club associated with the participation team in the Austrian international league and the analysis of the activities of the club. Based on the analysis of the collected data is processed optimization the costs of the club and proposals are submitted and recommending for change.
