Bakalářská práce je zpracována jako návrh podnikatelského plánu pro založení malého výrobního podniku v oblasti sedacího nábytku bez pevné vnitřní konstrukce. Podnikatelská činnost bude zpočátku provozována jako živnostenské podnikání s následnou změnou právní subjektivity na společnost s ručením omezeným. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, která objasňuje základní pojmy a vymezuje problematiku části praktické, která obsahuje samotný podnikatelský plán, marketingový plán a perspektivy realizace tohoto podnikatelského záměru. This thesis has been elaborated as a proposal of a business plan for establishment of a small-scale production company in the area of sitting furniture without any inner reinforcement. The business activity is supposed to be run as only licenced at the start with a perspective to subsequently change into a limited liability company as a legal entity. The thesis has been subdivided into: theoretical part, which clarifies fundamental notions and limits the issue of the practical part, which contains the business plan itself, marketing strategy and the prospects of realisation of this business intention.
