Investigation of use of aerobics with music in physical education

Our bachelor thesis deals with finding out about the situation of using aerobic exercises in the courses of Physical Education on a sample of high schools in town of Tábor. The aim of the sersearch was the state and frequency of including aerobic forms of exercises during the courses of Physical Education. The research file, which is selected by author, was made of seventeen teachers of Physical Education from six high schools in Tábor choosed by with method of deliberate choice. Data collection was was implemented through inteview. The research results reveal that major the part of high schools include aerobic forms of exercises, and without the gender differences of the training groups. Frequency of including aerobic forms of exercises differs between schools and between girl groups and boy groups too. Work based on analysis of necessary documents pointed at the teachers of Physical Education compilance requirement of this documentes. Analysis-based work points to compliance with the requirements of the analyzed documents by physical education teachers.
Evaluation of Developmental Tendencies in Fitness Aerobic

Title: Evaluation of Developmental Tendencies in Fitness Aerobic Goals: Based on the content analyses and timelines of successful professional choreographies from the World Championship 2006-2016, the aim of this work is to forecast developmental tendencies and trends including the optimal content of professional choreographies within the organization FISAF for 2018. Methods: This Thesis has a character of a quantitative research. The main researching method is the timeline created with the help of a special program called Statistica 2017 and the content analysis developed with the help of a video recording. Results: Based on the results, it is possible to suppose that a composition can be successful only when it contains 15-16 swinging movements of legs and 17-20 vertical changes (squats, crouch positions) in the physical part, the musical part should consist of 2-4 musical artworks and within the part of choreography there should be 35-40 positions, approximately 25 - 28 contrasting divisions of the group in the movement and space and 10 - 12 interactions between the team members. Title: The most common aerobic injuries, their prevention and follow rehabilitation. Objective: The aim of this thesis is find and introduce main type of injuries, frequency and lenght of the recovery of aerobic competitors of I., II. and III. FISAF class. Asses injuries and find oue preventive measures used by competitors. Methods: In this diplome thesis was used literary review in theoretical part of thesis and metod of written questioning was used in non-standatdized questionaires. This method was used to analyse the most common injuries, preventive measures before injury and find out competitors experience with physical therapy The questionnaire was distributed to 21 aerobic clubs wich contest in 1st, 2nd and 3th aerobic FISAF class. For data analysis softwere was used Microsoft Excel for Windows 2013. Findings: Acquired data showed that in season of 2016 was injured 91 competitors of 157 participant researchers. The most common area of injury aerobics FISAF competitors of 1st, 2nd and 3th class was in 57% pelvis and lower extreminty area. Detailed analysis showed that 24% of injury was in the ankle joint. Title: Compared organizational forms of aerobics Objective: The aim of the work is - based on theoretical knowledge, inquiry and the analysis of competition compositions - to define the characteristics of the most appropriate organizational form of organizing movement compositions in aerobics. Methods: The method used in this work is the description of the theoretical foundations supplemented with my own commentary. I will seek consensus in the organization and evaluation of three selected movement composition competitions in aerobics. The second method will be questioning. I will create a questionnaire which will be supplemented with interviews. Respondents will be chosen from the ranks of trainers, authors of movement compositions that are part of the contest. The third method will be the analysis of three selected competition exercises. Results: The result of the work is the definition of the most appropriate organizational form of organizing competitions in aerobics movement compositions. Body styling - principles and practical implementation

TITLE: Body styling - Principles and Practical Implementation OBJECTIVES: The aim of this diploma thesis is the search processing of available literary sources associated with bodystyling and the draft and verification of appropriate bodystyling lessons with positive effect on body composition for women and men without previous experience with bodystyling. METHODS: While elaborating this diploma thesis, my efforts were based on literary search, in particular I searched in literature focused on bodystyling and muscular system anatomy. This work shows its descriptive analytical character. Verification of drafted bodystyling lessons reveals, why bodystyling is a suitable form of regular physical exercise or activity. The target group consisted of twelve persons, six women and six men, within the age from twenty to fifty. None of them had previous experience with bodystyling lessons. RESULTS: The proposed physical intervention positively affected body composition interceded subjects that directly affected the body shaping. Body fat percentage was significantly reduced in eleven people out of twelve. The result of percentage of fat for the examined group is (-0,9±0,6) %. Title: Training obligatory technial components in the competition Žij pohybem in the show teams category. Objectives: The goal of this work is the creation of the methodical trainings for chosen technical components in the show teams category in the competition Žij pohybem. Methods: The outcome of this work has been achieved by studying the specialized literature and internet sources that looks into this issues. The realization of this work has been managed mostly by the observation of trainings, competitions, and training course for this competition. The next important part of realization was my own experinces and findings gained in area of couching and trainers activity. I also used consultations with experienced experts in this area. Results: I designed the way of preparation and methodical trainings for chosen components (following the rules of the competition Žij pohybem) by analysing the chosen obligatory technical components. I have stated the photo documentation of the components and common mistakes in their execution. The main task of the work is to assemble preparatory exercises and training sets of the obligatory technical components in the Žij pohybem competition in the show teams category. Methods: The outcome of this work has been achieved by studying the specialized literature and internet sources that looks into this problem. The realization of this work has been managed mostly by my own experiences and findings gained by the trainer activity. Results: The manner of preparation and the preparation sets of the chosen obligatory components were suggested by analysing the obligatory technical components of the rules of the competition Žij pohybem. I have stated the photo documentation of the components and the mistakes in their execution. This work can improve the technical aspect of the performance of the competitors in the Žij pohybem competition and also other competitions too. Aerobic, its characteristics, methodology and health benefits

The aim of this work is to create an educational DVD with aerobics classes for beginners and intermediate exercisers. The DVD is designed for children and adults who want to work out at home in their free time, for novice teachers of aerobics, to liven up their lessons, and finally for heads of various sports clubs teachers who would like to include aerobics to their lessons. In the theoretical part the characteristic of aerobics is introduced, its effect on human health, and particular types of aerobics, including racing. In conclusion of the theoretical part basic steps of aerobics are described. In addition, there is also English terminology and explanation of teaching methods that are used in aerobics classes. The practical part is devoted to the learning DVD. The introduction describes the preparation for filming, followed by a transcript of choreography and stretching exercises that are used in the video, and also instructions on how to start with an exercise and what to avoid. The conclusion of the practical part is focused on a review of the DVD. The evaluation was carried out using a questionnaire survey, which was attended by a total of 60 respondents.
